#OVC26 recap: 🎉 We partied, yeehaw'd, learned the "hokey-cokey" 🇬🇧, enjoyed numerous panels & workshops by our peers and colleagues, and learned that the next USA-based event will be in Los Angeles!

While I didn't take many photos, I spent time with my VO family and made new friends - I love you all and this community. 💜🥹 Thank you for allowing me to be myself - that sparkly, weird, smiley Bex that you all got to meet.

Wow, what a whirlwind! The 2026 OVC was an absolutely blast, and I barely had time to capture the beautiful insanity this weekend held. From catching up with my amazing VO community friends, phenomenal workshops, and cooking in the Dallas heat.. to winning an One Voice award and barely sleeping… all I can say is WOW! I am constantly reminded how much I adore my life, and the people in it.. and how lucky I am to be in this career. I love you all so much. To many more One Voice shenanigans! Teaching men empathy, one cramp at a time PERIOD. 🤣

At the One Voice Conference this weekend we hooked up some men to a period cramp simulator to show them what it’s like to act while female. They each lasted a few minutes. 😆

We filmed a bunch of guys, and I will release more videos soon! 😆

Thank you Michael Scott Action, Harry Davies, and Imari Williams for being part of this. These guys are at the top of their game and gave their time and their bodies to feel pain and look ridiculous on behalf of their female colleagues and the women in their lives. You’re good ones, guys.

For those wondering, yes I tried it as well. I would say around a level 4 is regular cramps. But because it’s a TENS machine it just affects the external muscles. You don’t feel the deep, full pelvic ache. Not to mention the bloating, fatigue, irritability, etc.

Women are amazing.

After a year of planning, secret group chats and even more horror stories from the touring days @icriedwolfuk brought themselves together to celebrate @harrycriedwolf on our big day. While I was expecting the Harry Show, who would’a guessed the bride got to mosh at her own wedding. Thanks for turning our dance floor into a hardcore pit boys!

These boys sounded like no time at all had passed - look at all that love on stage! Now if only there will be a next time…. 👀

Surrounded by friends and family, @harrycriedwolf and I celebrated our big day in style. It wouldn’t have been as special without @i_am_not_a_lamp as our celebrant, telling our story with the perfect amount of humour. While our day was heartfelt and and full of happy tears, @kerrbangpartyband saw to it that our evening was full of singing, dancing and moshing the night away. I couldn’t think of a better way to start our married life together.

Absolute honour to run KERRAOKE at this incredible wedding this week. Harry & Marley and friends were super keen and very talented, what a blast!

Hope everyone's heads have recovered, and thanks to the wonderful people at @nonsuchmansion - gorgeous venue!

Also massive shout out to the amazing @icriedwolfuk who returned after 6 years to play a surprise set in the intermission!

"I'd love to commit, but I've got too much on".

With a wedding coming up in a few months, harry decided that it was time to lock in, so that he could feel his best on his big day.

Does that mean he was going to become a hermit and do nothing other than hit the gym for the next 7 months?

Nope 🙅

Harry had international trips, a stag do, gigs and various other social events, which often included some 🍻

If Harry looked back on his process and remembered all of the dinners, all of the events that he avoided, would Harry do it again?

Absolutely not.

That doesn't mean he could do whatever he wanted, he still had to monitor his food and drink, but it needed to be planned, so it worked.

So this means, Harry improved his confidence, self-image and mindset all without having to stop enjoying life.

But, how?

We planned for it.

Sometimes life takes us of course, but having a coach means you've someone to help get you back on course 🫡
