On the 26th of October 1984, “The Terminator” was released to the world.
On the 26th of October 2026, Joshua Carpenter will start treating patients here with us at Orange Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic.
One of them is a muscle-bound weapon, trying to change the future of all that cross his path.
The other is Arnold Schwarzenegger playing the role of a cyborg assassin sent back from the future.
Are we excited??? More excited than this author is about having 6000+ people in front of him in the queue to try and get Powderfinger tickets!!! That is for sure!!!
Have a great Wednesday!!!

Yeah yeah yeah. The AFL was awesome, and the Knights!!! How bloody good!!!!!
But that’s now old news. You want some new news??? Here’s some new news!!!!!
We have a new physiotherapist joining us, and he’s a cracker.
Josh Carpenter is a Physiotherapist who is joining us from Canberra with extensive experience in sports and high-performance environments. This includes being the Head Physiotherapist for the Canberra Raiders (up the milk!!!) Jersey Flegg program, as well as experience across multiple AFL and rugby union clubs.
He also has extensive experience working with children with neurodivergence.
He is a former elite-level golfer (which will bruise the ego of this author, who is still clutching to his Mercedes Classic wins from 2020 & 2021) and is a Level 1 Titleist Performance Institute Certified practitioner.
Josh has a strong understanding of movement, injury rehabilitation and sports performance, with a particular interest in tendon injuries, bone stress injuries and contact sport injuries.
To say we are pumped is an understatement. He’ll be available for appointments from the 26th of October (just when people tend to be straining hamstrings and calves after a return to touch football/ summer netball!!!)
Welcome Josh!!!!!

Alab Ng Puso. 🇵🇭

SEA GAMES 2025. I’d be lying if I said I was content with the campaign results but sometimes we get what we need, not what we want.
We Go Again.

This tour marked my 10th cap and 5th year with the program. In 2021, I was told that I wasn’t good enough (that cap being one of my first times playing rugby) and wouldn’t be invited again for another 4 years unless I worked HARD for it. This year marks that year. It also marks a dream I had set to represent Team Philippines in 2017.

So many blessings. So many lessons. So many sacrifices.

Hard Work Beats Talent When Talent Doesn’t Work Hard.

Representing 🇵🇭 in the 2025 SEA games for the first time as a co- captain was unreal!

Our goal was a medal, but we fell short. No matter the outcome, I am always proud of the growth of this program.

Thank you to coaches, management, the PRFU, my teammates, and my family for making my first SEA games tournament so memorable.
