🚨 TOP 25 MOST UNDERRATED MEN IN NCAA SWIMMING 🚨

The 2025–26 season had some absolutely ridiculous swims that didn’t get nearly enough attention.

NCAA qualifiers who snuck in. A & B finalists who broke through when it mattered. Small-school stars. Massive drops. Conference breakout swims. D1, D2, D3 — if you swam ball, you’re eligible. 🏊‍♂️📈

This list isn’t about who has the biggest name.

It’s about who OUTPERFORMED expectations.

🥇 Joshua Staples — Northwestern
🥈 Carrick Shea — Connecticut College
🥉 Nicholas Finch — Yale

And 22 more guys who deserve their flowers.

Every ranking is backed by an individual performance from the 2025–26 season.

As always, rankings are final until we decide they aren’t.

Who did we miss? 👀

Tavistock, Devon is our home

No, not all of our swimmers were born and bred in Devon. That’s the point!!!!

@mount.kelly has become a destination for ambitious young athletes and families from across the UK and around the world. We aim to provide an environment where talent is developed, character is shaped and ambitious goals become achievable, all with massive smiles on their faces!

Success isn’t built on geography. It’s built on standards, culture, consistency and people who buy into something bigger than themselves.

I’m incredibly proud of every swimmer, coach, member of staff and family who has played a part in this journey. These stats don’t include all the OMKs that are on teams this year and continuing their legacy from their Mount Kelly foundation.

We’re not trying to prove that a school in Devon can compete with the biggest programmes and performance centres.

We’re showing that it already does.

#CalMaggie stops by Nashville Aquatics (Vanderbilt Pool) for a celebrity cameo. Coach Doug and his staff have themselves an Argo Camera for a week of DIY unlimited filming. Today is training day and we’ll get a hundred kids filmed. Every time a swimmer is filmed they get a text and an email with their video links. Parents are nuts for this. Boom 💥!
