This sweet family came all the way from Texas and booked a session while they were visiting New York, which I absolutely love.

There’s something so special about documenting a trip somewhere meaningful, especially in the fall when Central Park gives you all of those quintessential NYC backdrops.

Now they get to go home with more than vacation photos on their phones… they have a little piece of New York to keep forever. 🥹

Can’t stop smiling, still recovering (in the best way) from our annual wine & cheese party—this year with a 40th birthday twist! 🍷🧀🎂

Some of my favorite parts included:

💃🏻Dancing the night away to The Wobble with my girls (even the ones who learned it on the spot— rockstars!), 🍇sipping mystery wines & cracking up at the funniest descriptions

😍LOVED every single sweet memory shared on @esbrown85 ‘s legendary trivia sheet. The answers to ‘Why do you appreciate/love Heather?’ brought all the feels—laughter, sentimental, and so much gratitude for such an incredible group of friends the Lord has blessed me with! Eric read them out loud in front of everyone and it was just so special!

My friends & family pulled off the sweetest SURPRISE party to celebrate 200K of YOU here on Instagram! 🤯🎈💕 I couldn’t be more grateful—not just for this milestone, but for the friendships, encouragement, & kindness I get to experience here every day. Your words lift me up more than you know! Their “program” of sweet words they washed over me & this sweet community won’t be forgotten!

Whether you’ve been here for 10+ years or just found HBHB last week, THANK YOU. I don’t take it lightly that you’re here, walking this journey with me—pursuing health, faith, & intentional living.

Everything I share—whether it’s on IG, the blog or on the podcast—is rooted in the belief that our bodies are fearfully & wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). That’s why this Love Your Body initiative is so close to my heart.
