Imagine you have a kid that constantly asks for stuff but never appreciates al that you give him. I know it’s hard to imagine 😝

When we forget to work on gratitude we forget an integral part of our relationship with Hashem.

Gratitude transforms our lives by allowing us to change our neural pathways to focus on the good and what we have instead of only seeing what we lack.

The Elul reset takes a day to delve into gratitude and make sure that before we decide what to work on we first recognize all the good we have going already.

If you want to join me on Sunday when I start it comment LINK and I’ll send you the sign up and a special code 😊

Let’s be in it together. Hashem’s got you!

Some days bitachon looks like a quiet mind.
Most days it looks like laundry, snacks, and a lot of trust that it’s all going somewhere good.

Kinda chic either way… just sayin’ 🤍

Success can make you forget something important.

Moshe Rabbeinu warns us about the moment when everything finally starts working.

Watch until the end.

I’ve got a confession to make.

I teach and work on Bitachon every single day…

But this week, I forgot an important lesson.

I had so much to do and so much on my plate.

People needed me for all sorts of different things and I was reminded that I need to be in Yerushalayim in an hour.

That compounded everything and then we missed at least 3 busses.

I was losing control…

But that was the point. I was never supposed to have control in the first place.

Bitachon is something that needs to be practiced and worked on daily.

If you don’t, you keep thinking that you need to control it all.

If you want to work on your bitachon in just 1 minute per day, comment bitachon and I’ll send you the link to join and build the habit for free.

Comparison can turn someone else’s happiest moment into one of your hardest.

You see the announcement, the success, or the answered tefillah you’re still waiting for.

Suddenly, their life becomes the standard by which you judge your own.

When that happens, pause and ask Hashem to help you return to trust instead of comparison.

For one short (1-Minute) bitachon teaching, reflection, and practical avodah each day, join Habitachon free.

Comment Bitachon to join.

Tony Robbins says that our entire story doesn’t matter. If we hold onto our story, it imprisons us. We need to fight and succeed despite our story.

The Torah tells us something different. Each one of us is created perfectly by Hashem and put into this world to do the mission that only we can do.

Hashem gives us the exact set of tools that we need to do our mission, including the family and community we are raised in, any neurodivergence, and any experiences that will help us find and fulfil our mission and purpose along the way.

If you have adhd, dyslexia or any other experience, it is there to help you, not to hold you back.

We’re not supposed to fit in a box and be like everyone else.

You are unique and have a mission that only you can do.

Hashem’s got you!

Sometimes the hardest moment isn’t when you don’t know what to do.

It’s when you’ve already done what you can.

You sent the message.
Made the call.
Had the conversation.
Tried to fix it.

And now you have to wait.

That’s when the mind starts searching for one more thing to control.

Bitachon doesn’t mean skipping the hishtadlut that is yours to do.

It means recognizing when your part ends.

And refusing to carry an outcome that was never yours to control.

Today, notice where you’ve crossed that line.

Then say:

“Hashem, where my control ends, let my trust begin.”

Save this for the next time waiting feels harder than doing.

The shidduch crisis is in your imagination.

Hashem doesn’t need your calculations.

He already chose your perfect match before you were even born.

Don’t look at everyone else.

You only need to look ⬆️

Share this with someone who needs to hear it.

Hashem’s Got You!
