2023 was a wild ride. Am eternally grateful for the wonderful people I had the pleasure of working with this past year. Your genuine support and appreciation has kept my fire lit. 🔥

I’ve learned, grown and gained insight from every one of you. Thanks to @quinnjamescomedy - the best assistant a person could ask for, experienced quite a few therapeutic deep belly laughs too. 🥹

Things I am leaving behind this year so I can get back to living a life that is true to me vs. what others expect:

1. The habit of overcommitting and overextending
2. The tendency to ignore my own needs for work
3. Rigid expectations of my accomplishments
4. Expecting affirmations for my sacrifices and help
5. Shouldering the responsibilities of others

Last year was all about building, and sacrificing, eventually having to juggle a dozen hats. This year will be about building (my passion) but with boundaries, while receiving and thriving- in ways that matter most. 🙏🏽💚 #healthiswealth
