The most useful question in the room may come from a completely different world. For Christoph Brosius, some of the most helpful questions of his career did not come from the industry he was working in. They were hidden in other people's stories — waiting to be translated from world A into world B. In his 12-minute talk, “The Question You'd Never Have Asked — Why Good Facilitation Condenses Other People's Stories” Christoph explores what happens when a story from one context suddenly unlocks an answer in another. And why great facilitation often means listening closely enough to condense somebody else's experience into the one question that changes the conversation. Christoph is an independent case facilitator, curator and coach. His path through advertising, television, film, game production and an e-mental-health company taught him how to translate stories across contexts. He has coached more than 100 teams, curates cross-sector programmes including Das Relevante Museum and GiG — Games & Gamification in Healthcare, and is certified in Harvard's Teaching with Cases method. Yesterday Oma Miep died. 🕊️ We wanted to bring you along in our memories of her, she was so much more than just a grandma. A grandma to all looking for one, a guiding light, a voice full of wisdom, someone whose door was always open. And Bingo and Oma Miep had such a special bond since day one too. 💛 Last week we turned our office into the place to be for Agency at Night. A “How to go viral” workshop, Bingo’s Bingo with some good prizes, karaoke that got out of hand and drinks that made it all better. But what we remember most are the conversations. People walking in as strangers and leaving as faces we now know. That is why we do this.
