My heart has been filled with so much joy and gratitude since Michael and Hasna began home searching. I am thrilled to say that they have finally found their forever home in the incredibly sought-out community of Country Ridge. This transaction was especially personal to me as it belong to my brother and sister-in-law.

I appreciated this transaction because I understood that regardless of our relationship, just as any other client, I had to EARN their business.

We fell in love with this home the moment the stepped through the door. Seeing Hasna teary-eyed, my brother grabbed me by the shoulders and said "Amanda, give them whatever, we want this house." It was then where I imagined our children running in the beautiful field, Hasna and I cooking meals together, endless laughter filling the home...but no. This is not personal. My exact response was "ok dude, you need to chill. Let me run my numbers, but if you want this home, I promise it's yours."

Several offers in hand, We strategically needed to beat out every other offer without burning a hole in their pocket. After doing extensive market research and conversing with agents in the area, I advised them to place an offer $30,000 over asking with a $30,000 appraisal guarantee. Preparing my buyers for worst case scenario, I was certain that the odds were in their favor.

My clients purchased this home for $30,000 over asking, and the home appraised ABOVE PURCHASE PRICE. Michael and Hasna came to the closing table with $6,000 and walked away with a lifetime of beautiful memories and EQUITY. 💰 ❤️

Over a year ago, I gave Hasna her last haircut and it grew into a beautiful effortless style shown in the before video.
Recently, she was ready for a big hair style transformation! I was so stoked when she shared her idea with me.
I am grateful that she trusted me to bring her vision to life. The smile on her face at the end says it all! 💓
