I don't know about you but I feel I look rather dashing in black and white... at first glance, it even looks like I'm wearing a tuxedo. 🤵🏻 My human @ghollandphoto said I look like I've been photographed by @gregwilliamsphotography en route to the Mutt Gala. 📸😎 🐶

This is an Instagram v reality moment though - we were actually on the way to the seaside! Big thanks to the amazing staff (shout out to Phoebe and Lauren!) at @hatchcoffee who gave me lots of cuddles and doggy treats! 😁 It was my favourite part of the day!

It's the simple things. And honestly is there anything better than taking yourself off for a little coffee. We have some PHENOMENAL coffee and pastry shops in Ireland and I want all of your recommendations. Mine are below in no particular order.

1. Hatch, Glasthule, consistently good coffee, amazing staff, 10/10 for community atmosphere.
2. Fable, pastries are 10/10.
3. Scéal. Decor, light, consistently good coffee and again 10/10 pastries.
4. Bread 41, solid pastry selection.
5. Fat Fox, Greystones, this is new to us and has fast become a top fave. Their cakes and pastry selection is immense and everything is top tier. The roaring fire also helps.👌
6. Inhale,Shanghanagh, incredible cozy decor, best sausage roll.
7. LUNA, Sallynoggin, if you want the best melted chocolate mocha this is your place.

“Sauna Sessions” is well and truly BACK 🔥🔥🔥

What a way to kick off October, with our crazy talented friend @jdeering 🎶

Why are we doing this?
Jill “ I want to get back out there, spreading love and feeling through music again.” That was the one thing we set out to do, and my god did she do it in style 🧡💙
