the summer of a lifetime! Serving the Lord through @strongrockcamp as circuit is one of the biggest joys of my life!! ☀️🪵🏕️🌈🤸🏼‍♀️

programmatic activities have my heart; the way the skill classes and games allow kids to be creative, be active, learn more about themselves, and Jesus is just the coolest thing to me !!!

I will always thank camp for the HUGE impact, it made on my life – confidence, social and other general life skills, lifelong friendships and the opportunity of experiencing, and trying new skills to find personal interest and hobbies.. and most importantly..being a MASSIVE part of me choosing a personal relationship with Jeuss Christ!!

at the end of last summer, the Lord made it abundantly clear that he was calling me into vocational ministry through camp and outdoor adventure and I was so excited but also so confused because that was never my plan, but that’s the thing it’s never our plan it’s always the Lord‘s plan and that is just so much better!! two weeks after the Lord spoke so clearly to me I was starting my first year of college with a new major and didn’t know where the Lord was gonna lead me to serve for the next summer .. and then I got offered the opportunity to spend another summer back at SRC and serve in a leadership role as a program specialist!!

saying yes to Jesus is hard but always so worth it!! this was the best summer of my life !! I love serving. I love camp. I love the remarkable impact camp has on kids walk with the Lord. I love my coworkers. and I love being an absolute goof all summer leading classes and games !!! Thank you Jesus for gifting me all the many blessings this summer brought!! much love to you all
