Pilates changed my life.

It took me off a stagnant road and led me down a path filled with joy, beauty, connection, discomfort, unknowns, challenges and transformations.

I am in my becoming phase of life, always growing, always evolving, always learning, sometimes hard lessons.

Learning to love movement, to understand the body and how to care for it, push it, challenge it, exhaust it, has become my life. Truly. It gives me purpose and passion in a way I never knew was missing until I found it.

I am so incredibly grateful to the beautiful community of women it has brought into my life, from fellow instructors to clients who have become friends.

Happy one year Haven, the last slide is from August 2025, so much has changed in a year. And congratulations to my friend for this accomplishment, I’m proud and grateful of you, always 🫶

There’s not enough words I could say or videos I could include to show how incredible this year has been! So surreal and coming into another year with a grateful heart and humbled in complete of awe of how God is using this little pink studio!🩷🙌🏼 thank you to EVERY person who has walked through the doors of Haven!

My dream was to open a studio that brought people closer to Jesus and build them a community built on faith & having FUN (because life should be fun!!!!). Little did I know that it would move me so much closer to Jesus and bring so many new people into my life who bring me Joy and sunshine everyday! I couldn’t imagine it any other way now! 🩷☀️

Pi’Lattes and Pelvic Floors was a blast. Huge thanks to the community for showing up big time to spend their Saturday morning with us for some core education, mat pilates, and coffee of course 🥰☕️
