I have two works (“strangers to each other, we all saw the volcano” and “through fire and plumes, we saw some futures in the stars”) on show at the Royal Watercolour Society Gallery, 3 – 5 Whitcomb Street, London WC2H 7HA. The exhibition is on until the 23rd of December.

I will also be doing a workshop at the gallery on the 24 of October.

The opening of my new show at Rodić Davidson Architects this week was a glorious affair. I haven't quite recovered from the intensity of all the kindness, love, warmth, enthusiasm and friendship I received that evening. Thank you to all who came from far and wide in kilometres and years.

I will post more photos of the show and night, but just to say I'm updating my website - and particularly the Bloomsbury Collection page - with sales as they come. If you saw something you liked, don't wait too long. This collection of paintings is really special.

So much love for Jamie Hawkins's orange frames. Thank you @hawkinsframing
The team at @rodicdavidson is wonderful. Such a friendly bunch of architects. So generous in inviting me to exhibit in their gorgeous windows in this prime location.

The show continues for months, until almost Christmas. You can view all the paintings from the street: Bury Place. And then get a coffee next door at St John's Bakery before buying a book next door to that at the @lrbbookshop. Not to mention pop into the @britishmuseum which is literally across the road

Yesterday was a glorious day and we installed my show in Bloomsbury. My brilliant framer Jamie Hawkins brought everything in his huge van. All the architects helped unload and install, et voilà!
It's looking amazing and I am hugely grateful to everyone for making it work.
A solo show is a true leap of faith. Untold hours of behind-the-scenes, intense and unpaid work in the hope it all comes together. It's a celebration of the belief that pictures can improve the experience of people around us. In this case, I'm particularly delighted that tourists and locals alike will maybe catch a glimpse of these paintings of their immediate surroundings in the windows. I hope many go 'I'm sure I passed this window just now', or turn back to check the perspective of the street they just left and are now seeing in an orange frame.
Thank you @rodicdavidson for inviting me to do this exhibition in your windows. You are generous and kind.
Thank you @hawkinsframing for the incredible orange frames and for your expertise and patience in installing the show.
Thank you if you've booked a ticket to the opening party tomorrow, I'll see you there.
And thank you to anyone who will come and look at my paintings on the way to St John's Bakery, the London Review Bookshop, the British Museum or Cornelissen's who are all very close if not next door.

The Streets Around Us can be viewed all day everyday in the windows of Rodić Davidson Architects on Bury Lane until 21st December.
