Assistant Coach for NC State Wrestling 🐺
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Just want to say thank you to all of the coaches that reached out, brought me on visits, and broke bread with me and my family throughout this recruiting process, not everyone gets to experience this so I’m very grateful for it. Thanks to every coach that has poured into me along the way, even if it was small, especially @tbright20. Most importantly thank you to my parents @jimgrynd and @britt_of_forallthecoins and all of my family for supporting me. Thank you to NC State staff for believing in me. I’ve come a long way but this is just the beginning.

Thank you NC State for having me out on a visit this past weekend. I enjoyed my time up there and appreciated the hospitality from the coaches and wrestlers. Shoutout @hardb0dyz0 for being my host.

Comment ➡️ Short offense ⬅️ and we will send you a FREE chapter to our Hayden Hidlay Short Offense instructional. Hayden is a 5x NCAA All-American and 2020 ACC Wrestler of the Year, and he built his career around finishing positions once he broke his opponents down. In this series, he shows you how to turn that moment into points instead of letting your opponent back to their feet. Hayden breaks down attacks from the Mantis Position and Shallow Underhook, including trap-arm attacks, cement mixers, go-behinds, throws, ankle picks, and more. If you want to stop letting broken-down opponents escape and start turning short offense into consistent points - this is the instructional for you.
