That’s a wrap on Summer Runs at Langara. 🏀

Since May, we’ve had the gym full of athletes committed to getting better and preparing for the seasons ahead.

Langara Falcons. Other college programs. High school athletes. Club players. Different jerseys, different teams, different goals — but all coming together for the same reason: The love for the game.

Almost four months of competing, working, learning, challenging each other, and sharing the court. But more than anything, four months of seeing what basketball can do when the jersey you wear doesn’t get in the way of simply being part of the basketball community.

The competition was great.
The work was even better.
And the sportsmanship and energy in the gym made every run worth it.

To everyone who came through Langara this summer — thank you. You helped make us better, and we hope we did the same for you.

Good luck to everyone heading into their upcoming seasons. Go compete, go have fun, and go make the most of it. 🏀

As for our Falcons… training camp is just around the corner.
Fun times ahead. 🦅🧡
