Don’t listen to the doubters, if you want to go for it , then go for it.

What’s the worst that can happen? 🫪

🚨 FIRST IN DUBAI 🚨

I'm officially the first here to try the Vision Butler retractor system by @steiriliu... and I am NOT going back to disposables. 🦷✨

Say hello to my new favourite tool in the clinic 👇
🖤💗 Reusable silicone lip & cheek retractor
📏 3 sizes — fits every patient
♻️ Fully autoclavable — bye-bye single-use waste

I've been using it alongside my @mectronmea Combi Touch, and the difference is real — it holds the cheeks back effortlessly and keeps soft tissue completely protected while I work. Cleaner field, smoother workflow.

And patients notice too — comfortable, easy to place, easy to remove, and zero pressure on the lip tie/frenum. That's the detail that sold me.

Eco-friendly.
Practical.
A genuine upgrade to how I work every day.

✨ Thank you @steiriliu

Can you spot the “Hazard”
The loose burs here have been kept in a magnetic burstands
Magnets make Magnets!
Hiding behind the tweezers is one loose bur and the second is attracted to the tweezers.
This can inadvertently pose a swelling or inhaling hazard to the supine patient.
MAGNETIC BURBLOCKS Safety Alert
“Magnetic bur stands are designed to hold dental burs using a strong magnetic base. Prolonged and repeated exposure to magnets can magnetise the burs themselves. This may have implications for their use during dental procedures, as magnetised burs can be attached to other metallic instruments in the treatment area and can thus threaten the airway of the supine patient.
