Where luxury meets the ultimate cinematic escape. 🎬

Designed with three levels of seating, this private home theater was created for an immersive experience from every seat. A fully soundproofed space paired with a Dolby Atmos sound system brings every scene to life—while the tiered design ensures the view is never compromised. With a Lutron lighting design, a movie setting happens at the click of a single button.

Because in a home designed with intention, even movie night deserves its own level of luxury.

For the Olives Society, all the secondary bathrooms were elevated to a place of intention. ✨

Designed to feel less like a utility and more like a private retreat, this space pairs abundant natural light with floating vanities, streamlined drawers, under-cabinet lighting, and effortless-to-maintain finishes.

The view beyond the window becomes part of the experience—bringing the outdoors in and creating a quiet, restorative sense of luxury. Because in a home designed for everyday living, even the most practical spaces deserve to feel exceptional.

Luxury, thoughtfully lived.

Forever homes should leave room for big dreams—and bigger imaginations.

At The Olives Society, the secondary bedrooms were designed to feel youthful now, without feeling tied to a single moment in childhood. Because today’s little F1 fan might have a very different favorite color, hobby, or dream a few years from now.

Here, high A-line ceilings, oversized windows, generous walk-in closets, wide plank hardwood floors and a luxurious and unique en suite for every secondary bedroom create a sense of space and sophistication that can grow right alongside the family. The design goes even beyond what the eye can see with every room in this expansive estate prewired for speakers for racing movies or jam sessions.

A room for racing dreams today.
A beautifully considered retreat for whatever comes next.

The luxury of a forever home is designing for the life that hasn’t happened yet.

At The Olives Society, the transition spaces were designed to feel intentional and spaces like the “back stairs” were never treated like an afterthought. ✨

Designed with the same level of intention as every prominent space in the home, this stairway brings together recessed handrails and baseboards, and a custom built hidden gate and the bottom, and custom Dutch door at the top. The oak stair treads and handrail are finished in a custom-matched stain to the hardwood floors throughout, creating a beautiful sense of continuity and flow.

Warm integrated lighting by @getconnesso, brought to life with Lutron integration by @mojosmarthome, adds a soft glow to the stairway.

Light was the guiding principle behind The Olives Society. ✨

This hallway was intentionally designed to capture and carry the home’s abundant southern-facing natural light, using interior windows to keep even the longest corridor feeling bright, open, and connected.

Glass became a defining element throughout the home—from these interior windows to the seamless extension of glass into the stair panels, along with upgraded window sizes throughout the house.

The floor uplights add another layer of illumination, creating a soft glow after sunset while highlighting the architectural details of the space. This truly creates the most dreamy hallway in the evening.

Thoughtful design, where natural light, glass, and function work seamlessly together.
