Owning a business is tough, but incredibly rewarding. ❤️

Owning multiple businesses? That’s a whole different level of hard.

You’re not just wearing one hat; you’re wearing a dozen, often all at the same time. Different teams, different challenges, different responsibilities, endless decisions and a million things going on behind the scenes that most people never see.
There are days when you feel on top of the world, and others when you wonder how on earth you’re going to fit everything into one day.

You celebrate the wins, carry the worries, make the tough decisions and keep pushing forward, even when you’re tired and your own cup is running on empty.

But then you see the businesses growing, the people you’re supporting, the opportunities you’re creating and the dreams that are becoming reality, and you remember exactly why you started.

It’s not always easy, and it certainly isn’t always glamorous, but building something that supports others, creates opportunities and makes a difference is a pretty special thing.

Behind every successful business is a person who has probably sacrificed more, worried more and worked harder than most people will ever realise.
And when you’re building more than one, that determination has to run even deeper.

Here’s to the business owners doing it all, juggling everything and still finding the strength to keep going. You deserve to be proud of how far you’ve come.

Autumn 🍂 stock up of Claire Wade Jewellery 🍁 today at The Hummingbird Collective, 365 Sharrow Vale Road, Sheffield - On the upper gallery.

Pictured are 2 of my best selling designs, 'Twig' and 'Petal'. I have a whole range of pieces in these designs. Created with the amazing stuff that is 'Silver metal Clay'. 🤍

Silver metal clay is fully recycled Silver ♻️ from industry and consists of real silver particles suspended in a binder to make a clay like substance which I texture, mould, dry out and then sand until smooth.
When fired, the binder burns away and leaves solid Silver metal, which I then file, sand and polish to make the finished piece of jewellery. ✨

I made these petal design earrings and necklace in recycled Sterling silver ♻️ ( available from my online store - click the link in my bio.👆)

I then bonded them - using heat and pressure - with 24K 'Keum-Boo' Gold foil ( an ancient Korean Guilding technique ) 14 microns thick! ✨ ( as opposed to the 2 microns thickness of standard gold plating )
Keum-Boo Gold coating is also as hypoallergenic as solid gold. ✨

Suspended from a beautiful Gold filled Belcher chain and Gold filled ear wires, bonded with a 5% gold coating ( as opposed to only 2% electroplated standard gold plating )

- If you're a gold girlie ✨
