Stronger for the battle. 💪🌌

Thanks @planetfitness for always being there for me nationwide during all my travels cross country blowing glass and here in NWA while I heal and get ready for my life saving surgeries coming up soon! Feeling stronger cutting out all processed foods and eating clean. Mushrooms and natural herbs doing my body wonders. Along side @primalqueenera suplements, at 45 years old, I've honestly haven't felt this good in years.
I feel blessed to have another chance at life and to be here to make the changes I need to be here for many more dreams to come true and adventures to be had.
Love you dudes.

🌌What do you think I'm going to make with this Space Glass Tubing?

✨️🔥⚗️💎 The Science Behind the magic?Borosilicate glass is made from silica + boron trioxide, which gives it a super-power: resistance to heat and thermal shock. 🔥 That’s why it’s the same type of glass used in labware and spacecraft windows — it can handle serious temperature swings without cracking.

🔥As a glass artist, I start with tubing — long, clear rods of this special glass. Then, with fire that burns hotter than 2,000°F, I melt and shape it by hand. No molds. No shortcuts. Just gravity, flame, breath, and instinct.

🔥I spin, stretch, and sculpt until the molten glass dances into something new — space glass — swirls of color and shimmer that look like galaxies suspended in crystal. 🌌✨

Each piece is born from chemistry and chaos — silica becoming star dust again.

And yeah… I’m one of the very few female borosilicate artists in the world doing this kind of work. It’s not easy, it's really fuckin hot, but damn, it’s SO FUN!

🔥⚗️💎

So what do u think this piece of Boro Space Tubing will be? Comment below!

A lil Reiki healing just for you.
Stay. Feel this energy of love and healing, meditate, pray, breathe, stay a while. I love you. 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵

🌌What is Reiki — really?
People hear “energy healing” and think it’s pure woo-woo.
But the truth? Reiki sits right at the crossroads of neuroscience and vibration.

✨️When a Reiki practitioner channels energy, they’re not “sending magic”—they’re aligning with the body’s bio-electromagnetic field. Every heartbeat, thought, and breath produces measurable frequencies. The brain runs on electrical currents, and the heart creates an even stronger magnetic field. Reiki interacts with that system — like tuning a static radio until the signal becomes clear.

✨️On a scientific level, the touch and intention of Reiki activate the parasympathetic nervous system — that’s your “rest and repair” mode.
Cortisol drops.
Serotonin and dopamine rise.
Brain waves shift from busy beta into relaxed alpha and theta, the same states linked to meditation and creative flow.
Cells literally begin repairing faster in that environment.

✨️On a metaphysical level, Reiki works because energy follows attention.
Where love flows, resistance dissolves.
Belief doesn’t just “help” — it amplifies the effect through neuroplasticity. When we believe we’re healing, our brains release chemicals that make it true.

✨️So, Reiki isn’t just “spiritual.”
It’s frequency meeting biology.
Intention meeting chemistry.
Light meeting nerve endings.
It’s where science and soul finally shake hands.
