FROM THE FOUNDERS Six first-place wins in this year’s Community’s Choice Awards. What means the most to us is knowing the people behind them. When we opened Type One Fitness, we wanted to create a place where people felt welcome, believed in themselves, and found support to keep going. A place where getting stronger could mean something different to everyone. Today, we see that vision come to life in the friendships that started in class. In the member who remembers how hard that first workout felt and welcomes someone new. In the team members who learn your name, notice your progress, and care about how you’re doing. Those everyday moments are the heart of Type One. These awards give us a chance to celebrate the people who make them possible. To our members, staff, families, donors, and supporters: thank you for believing in us, recommending us, voting for us, and helping this community grow. You have helped build something we are deeply proud to be part of. That support reaches beyond our doors. Through Type One Cares™, it helps us provide financial assistance, education, and community support to individuals and families affected by type 1 diabetes. It gives our work a purpose we carry into every day. We love what we do. We believe in why we do it. And we’re grateful we get to do it with you. If you’ve been wondering what Type One is all about, come meet us. Book a free consultation and tour. We’d love to learn what brings you here – and help you find your place. typeonefitness.org/contact-type-one-fitness/ With gratitude, Paul & Tyson #TypeOneFitness #PoweredByCommunity #FitnessWithPurpose #NorwellMA #TypeOneCares Tyson Sunnerberg, left, and Paul Foti, right, standing together in black Type One Fitness polos against a softly lit gym backdrop. Paul has his arms crossed and is smiling. Text reads “One Community / Shared Purpose” and “From the Founders.”
