Can't believe that @northantsrutlandos is over for 2026! It was great to see so many at the awards ceremony yesterday. We were lucky enough to do two awards for artists and met them both for the first time yesterday.

Congratulations to @hc.creative__ and her amazingly creative and colourful ideas that made her pieces stand out and Emma Turner who's beautifully colourful mosaic hare stood out in the exhibition. We're really looking forward to seeing what you both come up with for workshops.

We loved so many pieces and there was such a great range of art styles and media, we have no idea how everyone comes up with them! We can't wait to see you all next year and do it all again 😁

What a lovely day to end the @northantsrutlandos open studios event!! Weather was perfect and everyone was out in full force. Always a pleasure and an honour to be included every year and to see so many amazing pieces of art from some very talented local artists 🎨

This year we had our own @hc.creative__ win an award in her first year ever entering!! So if you need any advice when you come to the shop we can now refer you to our award winning artist for guidance 🙏

Congrats to the winners of the 3 prizes we give out every year.
@sam_brockway , Ian Luck and Esther Ross

Thank you Katie and team for organising the whole thing and smashing it every year!!

We will be posting how we frame our mini masterpieces 🖼️

Check out this massive Red Dead Redemption 2 poster we framed recently!! The L2704 ‘Havana worn black’ moulding from @lionpfs went perfectly as if it was made for this 🤠
We love getting to do projects this size 😁

Yesterday 5 incredible artists came to Kettering to paint their wonderful pieces on the walls of the alley.

The September sun came out for us and even some tricky pebbledash couldn’t stop this lot, aren’t they amazing?! We’re so lucky to have these artworks gifted to us and thanks to the many, many passersby who stopped to chat and say how much they loved the art - we really appreciate you!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the artists -

You’ve really brought joy to this alley and we’re sure so many residents will love seeing your work as they pass through!

Last (but absolutely not least) up for our artist reveals is Holly of @hc.creative__ 🌻

We were super drawn to Holly’s bold abstract compositions and her striking use of colour. We also love her floral work; that she is currently exhibiting at @northantsrutlandos and that she is also part of the framing fraternity at @zanart_framing right here in Kettering.

Can’t wait to see that bold colour brighten up the alley!

Had a great time at the @northantsrutlandos opening day over at @lamport_hall 😁 Always so much talent and variety with each year getting bigger and bolder!! Lovely to see all the art and it’s an honour to be able to see so many pieces that we framed as well!!
This is the first year that our very own resident artist @hc.creative__ has been in this exhibition, she has entered 3 exceptional pieces displaying a variety of mediums and standing out from the crowd 💪

Sharing this amazing 🤩 post by @hc.creative__ “Happy @pokemon day!
Celebrating 30 years of Pokémon today and thought it would be rude not to share this Dragonite I’ve been working on…

Swipe to see the process of how I sculpted this Dragonite out of @pal_tiya, wire and tin foil! Made @theshireworkshops thanks Bob and Joe as always for providing us all with the most amazing creative space 🙏🏼👩🏼‍🎨 “

@hc.creative take a bow 👑👑

We are so unbelievably proud and grateful to Holly for the job she has done on our new horsebox! We knew Holly was more than capable of producing something as beautiful as she has, she just needed the opportunity to do so. She is such a talented artist who should be doing it full time! We are extremely lucky to have nabbed her early whilst she’s still affordable ☺️ We have had so many compliments on here about how sick it looks because people can feel the love and the graft that went in to producing it. Any restaurants, food stalls, or anyone really who need murals or sign painting she is your gal!

When we started this company a massive part of what we wanted to do is uplift the people around us and stuff like this is really what it’s all about. We are extremely proud.

Unfortunately, our new baby won’t be @anexperience_presents this weekend due to some technical issues we haven’t quite solved yet! But we hope to see you all at some point over this summer be that in Bristol or in one of the many fields we will be making an appearance.

Go check out Hollys pages!!! @hcheeko_ @hc.creative

Lots of love,
Becs n Jay
