“A Daughter’s Insecurity, but a Father’s Blessing”
Charcoal on toned-gray paper, cyanotype prints, embroidery floss on toned gray-paper.
.
I have been insecure about my facial features for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I wanted to get rid of my nose because it was always the first thing people saw. I hated it.
.
Now that I am older, I have learned to live with my appearance and thankful to be my father’s daughter. These prints are moments my dad and I shared! Trips, birthdays, graduation!
