I look at this photo and feel so incredibly grateful. What started as a dream has grown into something I could have never built alone.

These women are the heart behind The Beauty Collective. They show up, work hard, support one another, make me laugh, challenge me, and care for our patients like family.

I may be the owner, but WE are The Beauty Collective. And I will never take for granted the people who have chosen to be a part of this journey with me.
