Here’s a sneak peek at the four pin designs, done by the amazing @samaiya.art 😍

You’ll also get one of my favorite pieces of character art, a sticker sheet, and a bookplate as part of this preorder incentive 💃

Overheard at last night’s @hazelbeckauthor signing “You’d have to leave the murder house, to walk outside into the murder darkness, to use the murder outhouse- no thank you!” (in regards to the Villisca Axe Murder House- though that would be a great line in the next book 👻) #spookyseason

Basically we think that all of our events should take place in haunted houses filled with so many delightful readers, under an almost-full moon, with the dream team of Jenn from @heabookboutique and Terri from @swampfoxbookstore to not only sell books and keep the conversation flowing, but to make us laugh that hard and show us more of Marion’s utterly charming uptown. We love coming back here every year!

Thank you all SO MUCH for coming out last night and celebrating SOME KIND OF HAUNTED with us! Particularly thanks to Vicki of @grangerhouse for introducing us to the ghostly family in residence 👻 What a phenomenal night!!

It's always a good time when the river witch and earth witch come for a visit!

Thank you to @swampfoxbookstore and @heabookboutique for getting @hazelbeckauthor to visit again!

And thank you to @grangerhouse for hosting!

When your at a bookish event and all you can do is think in bookish scenes. Even in the middle of the night!!!

While at @wildandwindybookevent (LoveNVegas) with @heabookboutique I didn’t want to turn the lights on, but I got halfway to the bathroom and realized I did not want to step my toe like Maverick in @laurenbielauthor book Ship Happens in her Slaycation Series!

So…I made sure to turn my flashlight on to walk back! 😂
