My results just came back positive for being him 🧬

Scenes from @webelonghereny & @pachaofficialnyc captured on film 🎞️ Happy to have been met with some amazing energy in all the spaces and dance floors I shared with thousands of others over the weekend.

Until next time…

i know i’m late but GUYS MY 4TH TMMRLAND? aLONE AGAin? and it just KEEPS GETTING BETTER EVERY YEAR?

words can not explain all the love i felt & and all the friendships i got to grow and make. i was nervous, as always, but from the second i stepped on the train to tomorrowland, not once did i ever feel alone. im sad you’re all scattered across the globe, but im forever grateful to have met every single one of you. i’m so lucky to have to have seen some of you recently and i can’t wait til i see you all again!

so so so much love love to all of you

current works in progress.

this process is about continually expanding and contracting the variety of ways i’m drawing with crayon and painting with paint brush.

always trying to stay within the language of what the tools want to do, what the body wants to do, and what the material wants to do.

searching for an image that tightropes between order and organic, an image whose creation can be visually unpacked (you can understand the movements of the artist that occurred during the process of making, the painting is evidence of the dance of the artist), an image that celebrates the properties of the materials by which it is made, an image whose very essence arises out of the properties of the materials by which it is made

the image comes out of the nature of human movements and artist materials. it is self-referential. it’s purpose is to tell the story of how it was made. it is a painting about painting.
