7 Days!! 🤯

We have been very fortunate to been given some funding to help us pay for the motorhome, without that this project would have been a real struggle.

I’m truly greatful to the people/ businesses who have given us funding, products & messages.

This project is 80% self funded, (the 20% being the motorhome) I have saved, I have worked overtime, I have cut back my spending in other areas all to make this happen that’s how much I believe in this.

We continue to reach out asking for any kind of support - so if you, or you know someone who would like to be involved in anyway at all please do get in touch.

DM me or email me aaron_sharples@outlook.com

I’m a big believer in everyone’s wellbeing looking different. And I love my good nutritious food, sleed and exercise, but sometimes a little boost to support it all can work wonders 🌞

@headstrong.uk fully part of my routine now and I tend to keep it that way.

I have a little discount code if you’re interested trying out 🩵

Second month on my @headstrong.uk supplements and training hasn’t felt better.

Especially when next year we are taking it to the next level.

Cordyceps have been my go to at the minute, taking them daily and around half an hour before runs, then reishi before bed to help me sleep!

they’ve been kind
enough to sort me a code too — HS-LOZ

My daily non-negotiable right now: Headstrong. Cordyceps for energy, Lion’s Mane for focus, mushroom gummies for overall wellness.

I’m really feeling the difference in my energy, skin and my usual procrastination level has reduced.

Not a magic fix, but paired with proper training and sleep, it’s made a genuine difference.
