Where did I go? Yes, many of our have asked me we haven’t seen as many posts… are you ✅ ok?

You betcha just focusing on @thementalgameacademy and our work with athletes and coaches. This account is for parents to use to access our amazing podcast to equip athletes with mental skills and healthy phone habits.

📱 This holiday put the phones down, they make us f miserable. Ask the coaches and athletes we have worked with. 100% of all athletes have reduced their phone time.
📱 All athletes who have take our MGA programs are mentally fit and more confident.
📞 You phone use before games and most importantly practices is killing your athletes first 22 minutes.
☎️ 84% of the athletes we meet talk negatively and have low self confidence.

Good news 🗞️, we can change that in our cognitive behavioural 8 week program.

Introducing GoYogi’s collab with the Heads Up Campaign — a grassroots, youth-for-youth organization that raises awareness for the importance of digital wellness. They work to encourage high schools students to use technology more proactively and live a digitally-balanced lifestyle. Targeting Gen Z, GoYogi and Heads Up are collaborating on an audio library which addresses the issues teens face in relation to mental health, social media, and screen time.
