How to grocery shop - Part 1!!! ☺️
🥕🥩🍒🥑🍌🥓🍗🍓🥥🍳🥜

Here’s how I’d recommend you navigate the grocery store if your goal is glowy skin, a happy gut & a healthy, energised & toned body!! 💖

There’s sooo much fake “health” food these days and it can be super confusing when you’re trying to make healthy choices.

So, if in doubt - follow this video (obviously) and the golden, Glow Rules: ✨

1. Is it a single-ingredient aka WHOLE FOOD? If yes, it’s real food 😁 you can buy it.

2. When choosing to buy organic or not - stick to the “Dirty Dozen” or “Clean 15” - I’ll post these below!

3. If it comes in a packet - flip it over!

Check for the main offenders: seed oils, fillers, preservatives, dyes, artificial sweeteners 🍭❌

4. Did this “food” exist 150 years ago? If yes, it’s probably a real food and you can buy it.

5. How was the animal you’re eating treated? If it was fed a non-natural diet, pumped full of hormones and antibiotics and kept in cramped and unfair living conditions - then that’s not good for you or the animal!

We’re omnivores ! but we get to be nice ones ☺️

SAVE FOR LATER! 🫶✨

If you want glowy skin & a happy gut - you must try this bone broth recipe!

it helps: “heal and seal” your gut lining, support healthy joints, boost immunity - AND give you the glowiest skin of your life! ✨

You can make it easily at home and save $$.

Heres how: 👇👇

Ingredients 🥩🍗🥕:

* 1 kg beef neck bones (rich in marrow and gelatin)
* 4–6 chicken feet (incredibly high in collagen)
* 2 large carrots, roughly chopped
* 2 celery stalks, roughly chopped
* 1 large onion, quartered
* 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (helps extract minerals and collagen)
* Filtered water (enough to fully cover the bones)
* Optional: garlic, bay leaves, peppercorns, parsley, ginger

Instructions 💖

1. Chop the Vegetables: Roughly chop the carrots, celery, and onion and set aside. These will form the aromatic base of your broth.

2. Roast the Bones: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the beef neck bones and chicken feet on a baking tray and roast for 30–40 minutes, or until well-browned. This step adds depth and flavor to your broth.

3. Prepare the Base: Transfer the roasted bones to your slow cooker. Add the chopped carrots, celery, and onion. Pour in enough filtered water to cover all ingredients.

4. Add ACV: Add the apple cider vinegar. this helps draw minerals out of the bones.

5. Slow Cook: Set your slow cooker to low (you can also use a big pot on the stove) and let it simmer for at least 12 hours. You can cook it for up to 24 hours for a deeper flavor and more nutrients.

6. Strain and Cool: Once the broth is done, strain it through a fine mesh sieve (the holes in mine were a bit large in this video!) into a large bowl or glass containers. Discard the solids.

7. Refrigerate: Chill the broth in the fridge until the fat rises to the top and solidifies. A jelly-like texture means it’s full of gut-loving gelatin, exactly what you’re aiming for!

8. Store & Sip: Scrape off the fat (you can save it for cooking if you like). Store the broth in the fridge for 5–7 days, or freeze in glass jars (not plastic!).

Reheat gently in a stainless steel saucepan when ready to enjoy. 🥰🫶

It’s as simple as that.

Is the gym and investment to you or an annoying expense?

Do you say you want to be healthier but resent paying money for organic food when you could be going out for wines with the girls? Or buying $50 vapes?

I’m not saying there’s a right or wrong! You do you girl. But get real with yourself and what your priorities really are.

I had to stop as much online shopping and getting all my favourite makeup all the time because I REFUSE to buy caged eggs and low quality meat that’s pumped full of hormones. 🤮

Some people would roll their eyes at my grocery bill but I don’t care!! We just have different priorities ☺️

And mine is to be as healthy & as hot af! 😅🔥😉

Im just so darn proud of myself!! 🥹

You know when I commit to something I go all in and that’s what I did for this challenge. 💪🏽

It feels weird calling it a challenge because it’s just my life now, no more ultra-processed food, minimal alcohol, sugar and seed oils.

It sounds drastic because these things are so normal in our diets but they’re literally poisoning us. 😭🥲

Cold turkey doesn’t work for everyone but it’s what has worked for me in this instance, getting my gut bacteria under control was my number one priority.

I’m a happy, healthy, non-bloated, mood regulated girly!! ❤️❤️

My go-to waist shrinking tips!!

Remember, you can’t spot reduce fat ✨

Your body will chose where it wants to lose fat from first.

But these things WILL help snatch your waist (if that’s your goal) ⏳✨

1. Whole foods diet with HIGH, (bio-available) protein. Coz duh, your dream body and health starts with a good diet as the foundation always. Remove the c***, nourish yourself.

2. Bone broth. A lot of us are also just bloated from our s*** diets let’s be real. By removing UPF’s, your body will start to heal and inflammation will go down (including bloating), and by adding in bone broth, some information shows you can further help your gut and provide de-bloating benefits. Broth is packed with collagen and nutrients that help “heal and seal” the gut.

3. Calorie deficit. Because “good” or “bad” diet; the only way fat loss is achieved is through a deficit. Commit to at least 6-8 weeks of a deficit and hit your protein. Fat will start melting and your dream shape will start being revealed!

4. Daily walks. These are sooo good for your mental health & also amazing add aiding fat loss. Don’t count this as “calories burned” so you can eat more food. Just eat your normal deficit calories that you’ve worked out ☺️

5. Structured training plan. Because fat loss alone doesn’t give you your dream body! It’s the muscle you build that does. Do exercises that will build your core and abs so when you do drop fat, you have an amazing, strong core that’s revealed underneath 😍
