TACO/ BURRITO/ BOWL Filling PART 1

Brazil Nut/ Almond Ground Meat

**AFTER SOAKING OVERNIGHT

Try blending your favorite nuts to create filling for a taco, burrito, or bowl and you’d be surprised what you can create!

I usually go for walnut or pecan to blend as my meat substitute, but this day I tried something new and I wasn’t disappointed!

Follow @healingwithimani for more vegan meal idea!

Herbs and Spices:
-Grape seed oil
-Smoked paprika
-Himalayan sea salt
-Cumin
- Sage
-Rosemary
-Garlic
-Onion powder

When you transfer to Hot skillet you can add onion or peppers to mix in with your nut mix!

Add veggies stock when needed to prevent nuts from burning, reduce heat after 7 minutes and cover until cooked to your liking.

Sending peace, love, and healing energy ✨🙏🏾🤲🏾
