6 years ago. I have a strange perception of time. Sometimes this feels like just yesterday and sometimes it feels like lifetimes ago. Sometimes it feels like it’s happening now.
On 3/31/2015 at 4:32pm at Queens hospital in Hawaii I held Mikey in my arms as he was taken off life support. The moment he took his last breath was my catalyst to transform.
I became a different person after this moment. I didn’t think losing someone I love could change me this drastically. But it did.
I learned so much from this. One clear lesson is it’s okay to share and be vulnerable. It’s okay to love with all your heart. The action of loving is its own beautiful gift.
And another lesson is to not care what people think of me and my journey. Those that get it, will get it. Those that don’t, won’t. They’re judgements are only reflections of their own inner journey projecting itself on to me. And that’s okay. I don’t take it personally. It’s not my burden to carry.
I honor Mikey today because without this painful moment I would not be who I am today.
I created Healing With Love because of him. I wanted to help people heal the way his passing helped me heal. So I thank him wherever he is on the other side of the moon. Miss ya, Mikey. Thank you. Rest peacefully in paradise. #michaeljosephchristopherkraesig #yellowaura #hawaii #kwajalein #queenshospitalhonolulu

If I had a dime for the amount of times I have been told not to cry when I was sad I’d be a millionaire. I used to get mad at myself for crying, I thought it was a weakness. People would say “be strong, don’t cry” and for most of my life I equated holding back emotions to strength. It wasn’t until I started understanding energy healing and myself a little more that I understood the tremendous healing power in crying. When we cry we express emotion, we release toxicity through our tears. We release stagnant energy stored in our etheric body. When we are vulnerable and allow our emotions to see light, we begin to heal. That vulnerability immediately opens up and clears our heart center. When the heart center is cleared, energy begins to flow freely through our energetic system. We begin to heal on a cellular level. That opening of our hearts creates miracles around us. Happy tears or sad tears, both are healing. When we cry happy tears we are experiencing joy, healing our solar plexus. When we cry sad tears we are healing our root, sacral, and heart. When we share our stories and speak our truth we heal our throat chakra. When we heal we begin to feel more deeply. We begin to see with more clarity. We begin to understand on a deeper level. So don’t be afraid or ashamed to cry but be sure to stay hydrated. 💜💜💜 #cryingispowerful #itsokaytocry #stayhydrated #reiki #cryingishealing
