If I had a dime for the amount of times I have been told not to cry when I was sad I’d be a millionaire. I used to get mad at myself for crying, I thought it was a weakness. People would say “be strong, don’t cry” and for most of my life I equated holding back emotions to strength. It wasn’t until I started understanding energy healing and myself a little more that I understood the tremendous healing power in crying. When we cry we express emotion, we release toxicity through our tears. We release stagnant energy stored in our etheric body. When we are vulnerable and allow our emotions to see light, we begin to heal. That vulnerability immediately opens up and clears our heart center. When the heart center is cleared, energy begins to flow freely through our energetic system. We begin to heal on a cellular level. That opening of our hearts creates miracles around us. Happy tears or sad tears, both are healing. When we cry happy tears we are experiencing joy, healing our solar plexus. When we cry sad tears we are healing our root, sacral, and heart. When we share our stories and speak our truth we heal our throat chakra. When we heal we begin to feel more deeply. We begin to see with more clarity. We begin to understand on a deeper level. So don’t be afraid or ashamed to cry but be sure to stay hydrated. 💜💜💜 #cryingispowerful #itsokaytocry #stayhydrated #reiki #cryingishealing

For those that don’t follow my numerology page. 😀 Today is the 3/3/3 energetic gateway that comes every 9 years. The end of old ways and the start of a new cycle of abundance and manifestation. A great day to let go of what no longer serves the highest good of all and to start co-creating the life you’ve always dreamt of. The number 333 contains the vibration of both 3 and 9 ( 3+3+3=9 ). The number 3 is the number of Creativity, Communication and Self-expression. It is the holy trinity representing balance of mind, body and spirit. It is the number of creation in all forms. Music, Writing, Painting, Dancing, Singing, Etc. As we know, 33 is the number of enlightenment. It reminds us that in order to reach an enlightened state of being we must not only uplift and enlighten ourselves but light the way for others to rise as well. It is selfless.
When it appears in a trinity, 333 is about wisdom and humanitarianism. 9 is the completion of a cycle. It is guiding us to share our wisdom and creative gifts with others. Communicate the wisdom you have gained thus far to help others on their journey. 333 is the holy trinity, it reminds us that in order to reach our highest potential we must stay balanced in mind/body/spirit. It is the divine masculine (left brain) and divine feminine (right brain) co-creating something beautiful 2gether. 3 is an alchemical number filled with so much hidden magick. Its true secrets are only revealed to those worthy of its magick. Like Nikola Tesla once said “If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have a key to the universe.”

16 has been everywhere and I even dreamt of it twice last night. Then I looked up at my phone and it was 7:17. One of the numbers that some in the spiritual community refer to as the #twinflame number. So this may be a message for the twin flames out there.
1 is about leadership, independence & new beginnings.
6 is about balance, family, nurturing of oneself and others.
1+6=7
7 is about spirituality, faith, digging deep for truth.
Perhaps it is time to connect with your soul family. Time to go inward & find your truth. Not the truths you may have been programmed to believe.
Many of these programming began at birth and have gone on far too long. And some began as soon as this year. There are limited beliefs everywhere and they can start at anytime. Anytime we are set on what we believe to be truth we do not allow new information to come in and sway us. We must be open to evolving with new information that resonates as true. Many of these limited beliefs were never yours to begin with. Some of them go as far back as your ancestral roots take you. A great way to release those programmings? Ancestral reiki or quantum hypnosis.
I’m also seeing that it’s time for many of you to be independent and leave the nest of comfort that your current home offers you. It may be no longer aligned with your vibration. I’m getting an intense pain in my head which is telling me that staying where you are may be creating a blockage in the third eye and crown. I feel it is time to break free and to go out and experience the world on your own. Yes, it’s safe where you are but you must choose between safety and expansion. Yes, living on your own isn’t cheap but the price you pay for staying in safety affects your ability to grow. Like a turtle, you only grow as large as your surroundings let you. You must have FAITH that the universe will provide all you need to not only survive but thrive.
Like a butterfly that’s breaking free from the safe & sometimes very painful cocoon, you’re being reborn.
This painful but safe experience has allowed for this amazing & beautiful transformation. Your etheric wings are ready, it’s time to begin using them. You’re ready to fly! 🐛🦋💜 #growtheflame

Those Russians though.

Alex lets just talk all night. I’ll read war and peace and the earth will be alright. Listening to Iggy Pop’s Lust for Life after all the adventures at the Getty with my friend @issolab. I’ll dance insanely til the morning light. Light is bright what would happen if every time you were angry you thought about the light of the world and how you are light and if you act like light you can move wherever you please and shine on earth’s egoic disease. Then will everything always works out for everyone’s higher good?
