When Esther @inkninfluence asked me to speak about the day:

There is something powerful that happens when women who give so much are given the space to receive.

A day to return to ourselves.
To soften.
To play.
To remember the dreams we had before we learned to limit what was possible.

At our Renewal Wellness Retreat at Villa Joya, we invited the inner child back into the room. The part of us that creates without fear, imagines without boundaries and knows how to follow what feels alive.

Through movement, heart-centered breathwork, somatic healing, Sacred Rose, visioning, conscious connection and sound, we created space to renew, reignite and remember.

And perhaps my favorite part of all was watching women share their gifts, connect with one another, make new friends and hold the vision for each other’s dreams.

This is what The Joyful Approach is about.

Returning to who you are.
Remembering what you desire.
And surrounding yourself with people who remind you that more is possible.

A beautiful beginning to a new season. 🤍
& A huge thanks for our most delicious lunch from @jayneryanstudio & delicious healthy desserts from @healthywhatever

A DAY OF JOY, FREEDOM + POSSIBILITY ✨

There is something powerful that happens when women come together with open hearts, high energy and a willingness to dream bigger, not only for themselves, but for one another.

This day was about JOY. LOVE. FREEDOM. CONNECTION.

Moving our bodies. Opening our hearts. Breathing deeply. Playing. Creating. Remembering the little girl within us who knew how to dream before she learned to limit what was possible.

We gathered to hold our own visions, and just as importantly, to hold the vision for each other’s dreams.

To witness one another.
To celebrate one another.
To remind each other of what is possible.

This is the kind of community I want to keep creating. Women holding women. Healing alongside joy. Depth alongside play. A space to soften, expand, dream and come alive.

And this day came to life through the most beautiful collaboration of women sharing their gifts.

Thank you @marceygindi for moving us into freedom, @jayneryanstudio for nourishing us so beautifully, @chilledbrew_ for the most delicious drinks, @jadeaurahealing ... for bringing us into our senses and the healing power of sacred oils, and @endospheres for bringing another layer of wellness, restoration and care to our bodies @nomisim for your magic ebb n flow manual adjustments 🙏@healthywhatever for the most delicious treats.
And the amazing @inkninfluence for capturing the day so beautifully with your gorgeous energy!!
And @giselemorano , my right hand in bringing this vision to life. Thank you for helping create the space for all of this magic to unfold.

And to every woman who showed up with her heart open and her energy fully present, you were the magic.
The Energy was REAL ⚡️⚡️
More women holding women.
More dreaming together.
More freedom.
More love.
More JOY. 🤍

This is only the beginning.

A beautiful change for August 25th. 🤍

Our Wellness Day is coming home to Villa Joya.

What began as a larger gathering has evolved into something that feels even more aligned with what I wanted this day to be.

Intimate. Personal. Beautiful. Deeply nurturing.

I’m opening my home to a smaller intimate space for women for a day of movement, heart-centered breathwork, transformative sound healing, visioning our dreams on the vision board, nourishing food, fresh juices, connection and space to simply receive.

Not simply a wellness event.

A true retreat experience where you can exhale, soften, reconnect with yourself and feel genuinely cared for.

There is something so special about welcoming you into my home and creating this experience in a way that feels personal from the moment you arrive.

Wellness Day at Villa Joya
Tuesday, August 25th

Because we are keeping this gathering intentionally intimate, spaces are very limited.

If this day is calling you, reserve your place now. 🤍
