🇬🇧 After a long time, I am encouraged to finally release a somewhat different session because it is not exactly a story, we will see what comes out, tell me please if you like it... But the first thing is to introduce the characters, because a different aspect in this session is that there are several characters :)

#halloween Fitball in the dark cupboard ? Maybe your Foam Roller or Chair is available ?

Being passionate about what you do everyday is a blessing and a huge privilege 👇🏻

What do you do when obstacles come your way ?

Do you hide away or do you meet them head on ?

The Roll over was and still is one of my most challenging Pilates exercises

When accomplished with momentum it becomes easy, sadly this isn’t what you should be doing

So how do we slow this down even more than what I’ve showed in the slides ?

The Pilates Reformer and Cadillac have fantastic assists AND

MAT
🕸️ CAT STRETCH
🕸️ HALF ROLL BACK
🕸️ SPINE STRETCH
🕸️ ROLL UP

Cobwebs coming off ?
Having some fun for Halloween later with my kids in STORIES stay tuned 😍🧡

3x17 Game Over (Fin/The End)

Model & Makeup: @emilie_fm

🇬🇧 Finally she managed to locate that rat, which put up some resistance, but soon succumbed. Something woke up in her because she was tempted to leave him hurt, but soon she knew that this would only cause more deaths in Neon City so she finished him off with a clean stab. She could finally rest easy...

PS: this is the end of the longest session I've ever made, actually divided into several, with endless good photos, and the result of boring afternoons in an endless pandemic, where some days we almost had to run back home on time, but which was certainly a great distraction in hectic times. Thank you very much Emilie @emilie_fm for your awesome posing and acting on and for trusting in my crazy ideas, Susana @susi_kiu for all the hard work you have put in and @daniruizart for helping in some parts and acting as a "bra" to hold what that was necessary ha ha

🇬🇧 She had always had a great affinity for martial arts and katana. With a series of quick and precise movements, she was able to execute a harmonious dance. During training that relaxed her, during combat it could end in a deadly stab.

🇬🇧 She was very clear about the way in which he was going to end her particular nightmare, as for the new Hunter, revenge is served in cold steel

🇬🇧 However, there must be something to this place, as soon more thugs began to appear, something more than mere nightclub bouncers. Hunter persisted with her gun, with machanical, ice-cold precision, much like the ice of the whiskeys she loved so much.

🇬🇧 She couldn't help feeling having a certain test from the smell of blaster smoke, as the panorama cleared the place became smoky, which complemented well the disco lights...
