This summer has me in all my feels, as I look back on the way my life has evolved over the seasons.

Summer nights used to mean longer days preaching door to door…

Then turned into longer nights to party…

Or a new backpacking trip to escape from life…

Now? It means more time to bask in the warmth of the sun. To read my favorite book or laugh with my favorite people.

It means wedding planning. And sleeping in with the sunlight peeking through my window.

It means being barefoot sipping cacao in the grass. Date nights in a summer dress. Fresh fruit. Slow mornings. Bouquet of flowers by my nightstand.

It means taking a deep breath and smiling. Because I know the only thing I’ll ever need again to shine, is what’s within me.

I’m enough as I am. I am worthy simply because I am me.

And so are you.

Let’s shine together this Summer. 🌞

Comment, “SUNSHINE” to join me & my friend @healwithry in our Summer Solstice Zoom event Solar Power ✨ Sat, June 21st @11am EST

Where we’ll breathe together, be held in reiki energy, and reflect on the ways we each shine individually, and together. 🫶🏼

There will be breathwork, reiki, connection, and lots of love! 🧡

Summer is my FAVORITE season! Because it’s a time of fun, of brighter, longer days ahead.

It’s a season where transformation is knocking at your door. Opportunities, miracles, magic, it’s all around you…

And most importantly, within you. ✨

Summer is here & she is ready to welcome you with open arms. She has the type of warmth that makes you feel safe to make even the craziest of leaps in life.

THATS the vibe. And let’s do it, together. 🫶🏼

Lately, I’ve been diving deeper into my wellness journey through Reiki—and it’s been transformational. With the guidance of a good friend and Reiki healer, I’ve found a sense of grounding and clarity during some of life’s most uncertain moments. If you’ve been feeling unbalanced, overwhelmed, or just curious… I encourage you to reach out to Rylie! This energy work is powerful—and it might be just what your soul’s been needing.
