DTIYS submission for @hearmit.art , 2025
-
Congratulations on 1k and wishing you many more!
-
I wanted to mix abstract and Impressionism in this piece. So it’s very expressive compared to most of my other works but I had a lot of fun. I recommend going brush stroke happy 😁

Also, I request we name the dragon Hammer. 😌🔨🔨🔨

There are so many other countries on my list I have on my list which I’m excited to get to. I want to thank everyone who has sent me first hand resources of these amazing folklore characters and those who offered amazing suggestions to help grow this beautiful collection. 😌

Quetzalcoatl vs Tezcatlipoca, 2025 🐍🐆
This is the return of the folklore series and what better way then to do a collab!
This folklore takes place in Mexico. The Quetzalcoatl (green serpent) by @hearmit.art and Tezcatilpoca (jaguar) by @nens_studio.
These two characters depicted in the illustration have always had a reoccurring rivalry in Aztec myth.
NOTE: Tezcatlipoca was the 1st sun but because of his qualities as god the sun was very dim and Quetzalcoatl take on the role of being the 2nd sun.

My goodness ! That was a tough call but we have our winners !
Thankyou so much to everyone who entered ! And can you wonderful winners and runners up please message me the address you want your prizes sent to!
First place goes to @ellogical_art for a truly mesermising animation entry which I found myself going back to over and over! The lantern and eerie setting really spoke to me,and shows so much love for the folklore behind black hounds as guardians and guides to the afterlife or away from harm.

Second place by a unicorn hair behind first is the beautiful poem by @skeletonhands.poetry ! I adored this and had to read it so many times ,you’ve really captured the nature of the wild hunt and the hounds!

My wonderful runners up are @let_luce_art (it won’t let me add you as a collaborator! Not sure why!) for this GORGEOUS linocut print of this running hound ,you captured the mystiek and this feels like it really belongs in a book all about them! Thankyou!
Up next is @sallyroberts_artist for this haunting portrait of a hound ,eyes aglow with wonder ! I love this!
And last but certainly not least this enchanting artwork by @hearmit.art ! Truly stunning and such an interesting bit of folklore to go with it , the light in this is truly mesmerising!
Thankyou all again and I look forward to sending out your well earned goodies! #artcompetition @wabisabicreationsuk #artistsupport

Walk away from any so-called ‘expert’ who gives you no practical free treatments to introduce into your daily routine. The time is due for a major paradigm shift in the alternative health world. Sadly many Homeopathic practitioners today operate similar to Allopathic doctors; their first instinct is to run a bunch of flawed tests & prescribe medicine for deficiencies (many not all) that are nothing more than a result of mitochondrial dysfunction caused by a loss of electrons & exclusion zone fluid. Get outside shirtless, naked eyed & barefoot. It’s about time we stop taking life so serious by living in the present moment. To be truly poor is to be in ill health.

𝘽𝙚 𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡y, 𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙮𝙤𝙪!

Start romanticizing your life, pay attention to your dreams when you are awake and when you are asleep.

I love writing mine out.

More often than not in some magical way they usually happen.

It’s always in the moment where I think all hope is lost and then BOOM! 💥

There it is, exactly what I was looking for.

We are all capable of this.

It just takes a little recipe of discipline + purpose + gratitude.🙏🏻

Starts with the strength to carry out your mission, to work on yourself, to invest in your health and well being.

Then it leads to finding your purpose, going back to the roots of what you are most passionate about then using that as a way to serve.

Finally, most importantly GRATITUDE, the moment you realize you have everything you need and more.

It may not always feel like it.😕

yet the more you are grateful for, the more greatness you attract in. 🌌

You are telling the universe, yes I’m ready.

But none of this is possible if your needs aren’t met, you have to be willing to ask for help if your body isn’t functioning at its best.

You need the mental and physical capacity to carry out those dreams.

Which is why health is the NUMBER 1 WEALTH. Without it you can’t execute on your dream. 💭

Never hesitate to invest in yourself.

All the love

𝑆𝑈𝑃𝐸𝑅 𝐶𝐻𝐴𝑅𝐺𝐸 𝑌𝑂𝑈𝑅 𝐸𝑁𝐸𝑅𝐺𝑌⚡️

The countless times that you feel drained

The amount of times you wanted to just rest.

The endless to do list has you feeling burnt out.

You try and get your sleep,

You try and eat okay, sometimes you cave and grab things that don’t make you feel good, but you’re trying.

You persevere towards your dreams of being that authentic leader in your career.

Yet somehow you still feel like it’s so hard to keep your energy up!

Good news

It’s simple, besides total rest and sleep.

Take your shoes off, feel Mother Earth heal you, no I’m not talking about wearing rubber shoes outdoors.

I’m talking about YOU AS AN ELECTRIC BODY, allowing yourself barefoot to be charged up by Mother Earth.

This is called GROUNDING🌎

Let yourself absorb all the negative ions.

It will always adapt to your needs, boost your energy or center you if your full of chaos.

Just like an adaptogen supplement would, only better and cheaper.

Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not happening.

With consistency you will feel it.

Get back to the basics, realize on a fundamental level you are a ANIMAL!

You want to feel healthy? Well it doesn’t start with a pill for your pain, but it sure as hell does start with changing your lifestyle.

This goes beyond just a workout.

Dedicating 20-30 minutes daily barefoot to center yourself and change your electric body.

Will give you power to show up in your life with enthusiasm and vitality.

No more Living on auto pilot, it’s time to take action to a new you.

Comment YES, if you are ready to SUPER CHARGE YOUR ENERGY ⚡️⚡️⚡️

𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙙𝙖𝙮

If your thoughts really do create your reality...

The question that follow usually is how do we change our 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨. 🧐

If you discover the magic is in the present moment or the NOW the next question often is...

How do we get there?

You train the mind, the same way you would train your body, the same way you train a dog. 🦮

Over and over and over again everyday, letting go of what you think you know.

Opening yourself up to a higher frequency.

The unknown. 🌌

The catch is you can’t label yourself or anything or anyone. Finding a space where there’s nothing.

I’ve always been very good at visualizing and having vivid lucid dreams connect to the waking world.

However a new goal of mine is tapping into the 𝙪𝙣𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙣.

If you are tired of living the way you are living. Then this is the training session you need for your mind.

But as you may already know there’s many , many different forms of meditation. Try a few out, see which one 𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙨.

At first it’s going to be hard. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙠𝙚𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙟𝙪𝙢𝙥 𝙖𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙.

And who knows it might take years. However if you don’t give up, you might just get that 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝.

Which will lead you to new possibilities in your life, new opportunities, new people, a healthier body because we know meditation boosts the immune system.

A new identity

You need to choose, are you going to keep thinking the same thoughts over and over giving you the same results year after year?

Being the same person who struggles to get out of bed, Maybe gossiping about the same people, or keeping your body in a unhealthy state of stress, always tired, or unhappy with they way you look.

Do you want to keep doing that?

,Or do you want to create a new identity.

I don’t know about you, but I sure as hell want to create endless possibilities.

𝙄 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣𝙩 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙, 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙣𝙤𝙬. ❤️

Missing school 3x a week, mom would drive me an hour to Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto.

I remember feeling so confused, being so young asking why I had to make so many trips.

I remember feeling sad looking at my mom cry, she told me she felt helpless, like the treatments weren’t working.

I recall her feeding me organic foods, and trying holistic treatments to help me gain a stronger immune system.

Praying that the nutrients would improve my vision. It was declining fast.

Although I was young she told me the truth every time.

She said she could’t afford to feed 3 girls organic, only 1. She took to many days off work to care for me.

It made me sad looking at my sisters, wishing they could have the same.

She was honest when she said she didn’t like the treatments I was on. However if she refused to give me the pharmaceuticals, children’s aid was going to take me away.

I remember bracing myself for the frequent injections of chemotherapy.

I dreaded every time I was put to sleep, I dreaded every time surgeons would slice and drain fluid from my eyeballs.

I hated the recovery, the sleepless nights, the pain. This happened several times for 7 different surgeries. Struggling to watch cartoons I tried not to think about what my friends were doing in school.

As I got older it became my own responsibility to take my medications. In grade 8 I kept forgetting. Yet I was feeling better, So I just stopped all together, and because my conditions suddenly were under control, doctors didn’t question it.
I felt stronger each day, despite being small for my age. I made it a mission to get better.

I realized I loved moving my body, I loved running and I loved doing push-ups. The thrill of exercise has lead me here today.

With a passion for learning about the human body, helping others live strong and optimized energy filled lives.

Teaching others that they truly are limitless and we can heal themselves.

If you are reading this, understand you to have the power to be better. The power to be SUPERHUMAN if you wish.

Lots of love,
Coach Paulina 🌺
