🌹✨ Beauty & the Beast ✨🌹

Today’s graze was created for a very special little girl who wanted to celebrate her birthday with a little Beauty & the Beast magic. 🥀💛

I couldn’t resist adding some extra special touches to bring the theme to life, from the little details to the finishing touches, every part was made with love. ♥️

Crowns, hearts, teacups and princess magic came together to create a table fit for a little princess. 👑♥️✨

Scroll across to see all the little themed details I made! ➡️

Join Creative Sidley’s upcoming exhibition and publication launch party at The Sidley Hub on Monday October 26th, 6.15pm-7.30pm.

The exhibition will feature a series of photographs taken by the young people of Creative Sidley when attending a trip to Thorpe Park. They used point-and-shoot cameras to capture their experience. The images are not about capturing a journey or documenting the day but rather trace their way of seeing. They are as much about the image as the young person standing behind it. Alongside the show, they will be presenting a 20-page newspaper photobook so don’t forget to pick up your copy.

Great to see the silkscreen printed backdrop made by young people from Creative Sidley on show at BN9 Gallery in Newhaven.

This textile piece is a visual diary. The large shapes were drawn from how they felt, the words were taken from a collective poem and the leaves were inspired by some gathered at Sidley Woods. Combined they tell a story of people and place.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to Bexhill Art Weekender!🎨

It was brilliant to see Bexhill come alive as a place of art and culture, with 37 events, exhibitions, performances, workshops, open studios and so much more taking place across the town.

This year’s Weekender brought together artists, organisations, businesses, community groups and audiences from across Bexhill and beyond. From local talent to new commissions and creative activity for all ages, there was a real sense of the town coming together through culture.

Thank you to everyone who contributed, supported, participated and, most importantly, came along and enjoyed it!❤️
