It’s officially socks and sweatpants season in the studio😊 Mondays are always reserved #rocket1 I love the Rocket 🚀 because it can be a very simple and accessible sequence. Taking less than an hour to complete. But with regular practice, the body and mind gain the strength and trust needed for the endless variations! Eventually these become a part of your regular routine. Trusting your #innerteacher and its ability to explore complex transitions and shapes. Here is a frequent #armbalancetransitions we explore in Rocket. Students can be at many different levels and stop where they need. I ❤️ adding in the #tripodtosidecrow later on in the sequence. Today I played with twisting in #pinchamayurasana which is another transition I am building up to but not quite there yet🙃 I teach Rocket every Thursday 11AM for 75 minutes we will follow the traditional sequence and also have some time to break down and explore one of the more complex variations and transitions come and join us!!!!

🌱 ONE SEASON DOWN, AND WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED! 💚

What an incredible inaugural season for the Sacred Earth Community Market!

To every vendor, volunteer, community partner, and neighbor who showed up and supported our vision, THANK YOU! 🫶🏽

Today’s market is canceled as we shift our energy toward launching the Sacred Earth Fresh Farm Stand! 🌻

Our first season taught us so much about community, collaboration, and what it takes to turn a vision into reality. We’re grateful for every lesson learned, connection made, and opportunity to grow together.

🍂 And while the weather may be cooling down, we had some of the HOTTEST vendors in the city! 🔥 Stay tuned as we continue spotlighting these incredible entrepreneurs over the next few weeks!

And trust us, there’s so much more to come! 👀

We’re taking everything we’ve learned and pouring it into what’s next. More access to fresh food, more opportunities for community connection, and more investment in the West End!

We’re not just growing food. We’re growing community. WE’RE BUILDING! 🌱💪🏽

Save this flow for when you want a little stretch, a little strength and mayyybe a little spice 🌶️

Taught the 7AM early birds at @heart.thread.collective this AM & lucky for me, they wanted to MOVE & groove into the day!

I recommend starting with a little cat cow & thread the needle action to start opening your shoulders, add in a couple Sun A’s (forward fold FTW!)… then head into this.

3-5 breaths per posture round 1.
Take it 1-2 more times one breath one movement to feel a lil spice.

ENJOY!!

YOUR BREATH IS YOUR POWER

A little over a year ago, I began a breathwork facilitator training that changed the direction of my life. I followed it with an Integration Coaching certification, learning simple breathwork techniques and somatic practices that help me work with stress in real time. It has changed how I move through my day to day.

I’m Sol, founder of Sol Sonic, and I’m passionate about helping people discover how their breath can change their lives.
I teach a weekly 75-minute Rhythm Breath class at Heart Thread Collective, a beautiful new yoga studio. I’m also opening three spots this month for my 12-week Embodied Evolution coaching program, for people who feel like they’ve tried it all, but lasting change still feels just out of reach.
If you’d like to know more about breathwork classes, coaching, or workplace resiliency programs, send me a DM or visit thesolsonic.com.

I know, I know, there’s a sh*t ton of Harvest Activities and Fall Festivals and Boos at the Zoo and Pumpkin Patches galore right now. But you don’t have to smell farm animals at this activity. And you don’t have to carry pumpkins. And costumes are optional, but not required. And there’s some cool music. And it won’t be very crowded. And you might learn something new. And you don’t have to clean corn kernels out of your kids’ hair after this. And you get complete control of their snacking, because we won’t have any candy. And you won’t have to wait in line for pictures. And no one will miss their bedtime.
And I’ll be there, with Nora and Fiona!

So I do hope you’ll come visit us and see the lovely kinds of community we can make in the city, even though I know the country is beautiful and petting goats is like, the best. It’s no hayride, but I promise it will be good fun.

🙌🏼 Announcement Time 🙌🏼
✨ A New Chapter ✨

I’m so excited (and a little nervous) to finally share that I’m going out on my own and starting my own massage practice!

This has been something I’ve been dreaming about, working toward, and probably overthinking for quite a while. 😅 But it feels really good to finally take the leap and create a practice that feels authentic to me.

I’ll be seeing clients at @heart.thread.collective and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of such a beautiful community of practitioners and healers. Extremely grateful to have found a space that feels so aligned with the kind of work I want to offer. Rooted in connection, healing, and taking care of the whole person.

My intention has always been to offer bodywork that is therapeutic, intentional, intuitive, and adaptable. Meeting you where your body is and supporting where you want it to go.

I’ll be offering therapeutic massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, gua sha, and whatever combination of techniques your body needs that day.

There’s still plenty to build, figure out, and learn along the way, but I’m incredibly excited for what’s ahead.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, trusted me with your bodies, encouraged me, and cheered me on. I truly wouldn’t be here without you. 💜

Here’s to building something of my own.
I can’t wait to share it with you.
