POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Stepping into Collected Con, I was so excited, but honestly, it felt a little overrated. Between the tight, smaller space and a lot of artist options blending together with very similar styles, it was a bit underwhelming—and the steep pricing on many items definitely made things a challenge.

That said, there were absolute highlights! A handful of incredible, super friendly artists brought truly unique, fun, and affordably priced pieces that completely saved the day. I found a few absolute favorites to take home, and some creators even handed out the sweetest freebies (which I always appreciate so much—respecting artists and their craft is everything).

I’ve tagged the standout artists below so you can check out their amazing work! 👇✨

One of my favorite figures I've bought over the last few years!

Made for @kaijubrooklyn 's Con in 2025 by @heartbatstudio !

The colorwork and attention to detail really adds to the figure and knowing @heartbatstudio has even more detailed figures for sale makes me want to buy them all! This really adds a color blast to my collection, and I love having it mixed in with all of the other zillas.

I can't wait to see what @heartbatstudio brings to @NewYorkComicCon this year and what they bring to @Kaijubrooklyn next year!

YEP YEP YEP, late af @kaijubrooklyn post, lets get into it:
- the art gallery friday night was FANTASTIC, everyone’s pieces were phenomenal. Thank you so much again @al_boulder for having us (go check out @lightningbugstudioss ‘s Daigoro piece on her page if you havent seen it yet 🐛 ) Also, somehow got 0 good pictures of the gallery lol
- Michael (astoundingbeyondbelief.tumblr.com) and April’s (spaghettisauceress on Bluesky) panel on Godzilla in New York was fun as hell and super informative, was really surprised that there were still things my dorky ass didn’t know about this genre. Also loved @marusan_kaminaga ‘s panel on Pachimon and bootleg kaiju, it was great hearing stories straight from the guy himself.
- The cosplayers were NOT messing around, i cant believe we got to meet most of the Vs. Megalon cast (shoutout to everyone’s acting btw, Megalon had that shit DOWN).
- SO. MANY. BADASS. ARTISTS!! HOLY DAMN i’m so glad we got to meet so many of you guys ⬇️ ⬇️
- @kaijunoir @lora_fitkin thank you for directing us to caffeine lmfao, @creacherpreature it was great meeting you in person, we treasure Squashed Manilla like he was our own child
- @shauny_red_comet congrats on getting into the art show and ty for helping us with @bmoviealien ‘s sticker, WHICH I FORGOT TO PUT IN THE PIC BTW 😭I dont even know what to do with this sticker anymore, it has such history and lore behind it now lmfao, thank you for helping us get thru “The Incident” 😂
- @itshenshinj ‘s Ultra Kirby fanzine is amazing and all of her illustrations were DIVINE, you best goddamn BELIEVE we are coming back for that MechaG print ✌️
- @comicalcarnival ty for teaching us the intricacies of Cyber and Mecha Gomoras haha, and for the live demonstration building one of your lil dudes! Loved just chillin with you guys!! 🌊
- @heartbatstudio you kicked so much ass running your one-bat show, thanks so much for chatting with us and making us feel at home!
- THE indomitable @bill.b.couture , whom I’ve been a fan of for YEARS btw. I cannot believe i got to meet ya/buy some of your finest work, it was an incredible pleasure to induct you into the Brotherhood of Daigoro 🙏

My first time attending Kaiju Brooklyn @kaijubrooklyn and I had an awesome time. My hubby @edddie1733 loves anything Godzilla and Kaiju, and we were so happy to attend this con that I found quite by accident while browsing IG. Glad I did attend and we will be returning next year.
Showcasing my haul from Saturday, all the artists and vendors had such great stuff it was hard to choose. Awesome meeting TJ Storm and chatting with him. Such a chill vibe and all the cosplay was top notch. Until next year
