I absolutely love @heartful_filling ´s art and character design! 😭❤️ And that bonus challenge with the alpaca was so creative and adorable! 😍

I hope you like my version, both the portrait and the alpaca! 🥰

Have a wonderful weekend everyone! ❤️

🐯Thank you everyone who participated in the #AdoRinaDTIYS contest! Huge thank you to @adorama for having me host another #CreateNoMatterWhat challenge!

All the pieces I’ve seen have left me starstruck. It’s been so great interacting with everyone and gushing over how cool your styles are! It was really difficult to choose a winner for this contest because I loved and appreciated so many different pieces, but allow me to present to you our final pick!

🐯CONTEST WINNER🐯
@tasuchii

This beautiful traditional piece incorporates Lunar New Year motifs and brilliant colors to create a full and vibrant illustration! I was immediately drawn in to her face and how captivating her eyes are! Congratulations, truly stunning work!🥰

I will DM, so please respond within 48 hours to accept the prize, a @Wacom Cintiq 16 tablet! If eligibility is not met or offer is declined, I will select another person.

Here are some honorable mentions that really stood out to me!

@helenagaifem created a gorgeous botanical theme that is woven into her drawing of Rina! The soft pastel color scheme and delicate tattoos give this piece so much character.

@abigbrother_ shows us a perfect snapshot of Rina and her tiger companion! This illustration is masterfully lit with a warm glow and the shallow depth of field allows us to focus on the crisp image of their faces!

@heartful_filling transports us into a whimsical world with huge tiger fluffs floating among the clouds! The incredible color scheme and golden hour vibes lend to such a magical and uplifting feeling!

@flow.teng offers us a glimpse of Rina prowling in the tall grass, using her phone’s GPS to hunt something or someone.👀 The awesome blend of painting style and backstory leaves us wanting to know what’s about to happen next!

TY again for your enthusiasm and hard work for this challenge. I hope this was a fun experience to use your imagination and to keep creating no matter what. I still have a number of entries that I want to continue sharing on my Instagram stories because they deserve the spotlight, too! Stay safe and have an amazing weekend!💞

🍑DTIYS RESULTS🍑

Hello everyone! First of all, I just want to thank you all so so much for being patient with me for the results and for joining. Every entry was so beautiful. This was a really hard decision. Please look through the hashtag #nekotaodtiys and give all of the artists some love. They all did amazing 😭🍑♥️♥️

1st place goes to @heartful_filling She put so much detail into her piece and it's so fun and whimsical. I can't stop staring at it 😭

2nd place goes to @small_little_artist During my last DTIYS, she made a tea themed poster for my character. It was so cute to see her do that again and make it so cute. The layout and design of the drawing was so creative and well done🥺♥️

3rd place goes to @norany.emi Their piece was just so so stunning. I couldn't stop staring at the lighting and background they did. The clouds and the whole atmosphere of the drawing just felt so so lovely.

Thank you all again for joining. Every entry was so cute and beautiful. It means so much to me ♥️♥️ I will be reaching out to the winners through DM about their prizes ♥️🍑
