One of the actual perks of my job: I get a built-in excuse to eat my way through Colorado. 🫶 Trying new dishes isn’t just fun for me. It’s how I stay obsessed with this industry. Every plate is basically research. I’m always looking for ways to support restaurants, clients and non-clients alike, because good food deserves a bigger audience and small business owners deserve the love. We began with a goal of bringing awareness to a sustainable protein & plant that both grow in the ocean, tended by Mother Nature herself. Mussels & kelp! they need no fresh water, feed, fertilizer or special treatment all while filtering the ocean & pulling carbon from the atmosphere! Their health benefits and taste are extraordinary..mussels are full of minerals, vitamins & protein. the joy… Mussels make people happy. It’s a proven fact. The rich flavor and aromatic aromas attract a cult following of shellfish fanatics young and old- from east to west.. The best part about this humble creature is much bigger than a food source..Humanity.. The concept has turned into so much more than just food and rich umami flavors from the sea. A bowl Mussels is a vehicle for bringing humans together. They’re a catalyst for community and companionship. Smiles, hugs and laughter erupt from the crowd as the steamy bowl of joy & crusty sourdough bread brings warmth, comfort and contentment. There is nothing more important than a community, and sharing one’s time with others is what we need more of these days..Can mussels save the world and humanity? Maybe. Perhaps the mighty bi-valve mollusk and the sea lettuces can do so can one bubbly bowl at a time. What’s next for mussel club. Not sure. Peace and love It’s been such a pleasure to share our concept with hundreds of people over the last few months and for this we thank you. ☕️🥖 Denver friends! Looking for a new coffeeshop to call home? Hearth (a bakery AND coffee shop) is the place for you! Baristas with excellent craft, bakers who create amazing pastries, and daily fresh bread. With four locations to choose from (I visited the Uptown location for this film), you can always expect a warm welcome and great coffee. 5 WEEKS until the City Park Esplanade is filled with mounds of pastries and veggies, bunches of flowers, neighbors giving hugs, and music from local artists. Our favorite six months of the year is just around the corner. Remember that next Saturday is the yard sign handout event! Come get free coffee and muffins, and a free yard sign to tell your neighbors about the upcoming season. We’ll be right in the middle of the Esplanade from 9-11!

I’m excited to share that I represented Hearth Bakery LLC in the lease of 5610 S Curtice St in Littleton, CO! I got to see the space at their soft opening on Sunday, and they completely transformed the building. It’s absolutely stunning—warm, welcoming, and perfectly true to who they are. Working with owner and baker, Matt Quinlisk, has been a real highlight. He’s well-networked, community-focused, and a rising star in the Colorado food scene. Clients like Matt make this business a pleasure. Hearth is going to crush it in the Downtown Littleton scene—it’s the perfect fit for their brand and community vibe.
