This month, the #HeartOfBraylon Foundation is inviting you to join us in honoring the lives we’ve lost to suicide by sharing their stories, their smiles, and their memories.

📸 How to Join the Campaign:
1️⃣ Hold a photo of your loved one
2️⃣ Take a picture of yourself & or family holding it
3️⃣ Share a favorite memory or story about them

Every face tells a story. Every story can spark hope. Together, we can bring awareness, fight the stigma, and let others know they are never alone.

🕊️💔 This past month has been heavy on my heart. I lost my uncle Braylon to suicide and it’s a pain I wouldn’t wish on anyone. He was one of the most kind-hearted, selfless souls I’ve ever known. Always giving, always loving. You never truly know what someone is battling on the inside.

Please, check on your family. Check on your friends. If you’re struggling, please don’t suffer in silence. Your life matters. You are loved. There is help.

In honor of my uncle and in support of so many others going through similar pain, I’ve started a foundation called Heart of Braylon a mission to spread suicide awareness, provide mental health resources, and support those in need. We’ll be launching bracelets and shirts , every donation will help someone get the help they need.

To those who’ve also lost a loved one to suicide this month I see you, I feel your pain, and I’m here for you. Let’s break the silence together. 💙
