For me, and for many others who follow the natural cycles, the Spring Equinox marks the true New Year — when the light returns and life begins to grow again. Still, the lunar year is drawing to a close, and the Year of the Wooden Snake comes to its end. We are inviting the Fire Horse to take the stage, guiding us from transformation, shedding, and deep inner work into embodied action, forward motion, and lived expression.

This time after winter solstice is the sacred pause. A time when nature sleeps, covered by a blanket of snow, resting in the womb of our great Mother Gaia. For now, I choose to rest and reflect —still looking back over the past twelve months with a grateful heart and love overflowing through my entire being. Life is so magical and beautiful, and I feel deeply blessed to be walking this Earth, right here, right now, in this time and space. ✨💫

Just returned from Black Rock City and the otherworldly experience that is Burning Man. How does one even begin to describe what unfolds during that one dusty week in the Nevada desert? The truth is—you can’t. Burning Man isn’t something to be explained; it’s something to be experienced.

What I can say is that it deeply affected me—body, mind, and soul. To be immersed in that high-frequency energy… to witness and feel love expressed through radical self-expression, self-reliance, and passionate gifting… it was heart-opening, humbling, and filled me with renewed hope for humanity.

When we come together like that, real change feels not just possible—but inevitable. It’s nothing short of magic. The land out there knows it. You can feel it in the air, hear it in the dust, and sense the deep, pulsating heartbeat of the playa.

When 80,000 people channel their energy toward a shared intention, culminating in a ceremonial burn—it echoes beyond us. Whether we’re aware of it or not, it reverberates through the cosmos and affects the energetic grid of the planet. It’s profound. It’s beautiful. And I’m still in awe.

Endless gratitude to my incredible boyfriend @maitalchemy for making this journey possible, and to Robyn @heartofgold024 for her generous hospitality. Love you 🖤🔥

Wanted to personally invite you to Beltane at Rosebud Ranch this Saturday, May 10.
Honey of the Heart will be playing a ceremonial set 4–6pm and a fireside set around 9pm.
🎥 We’re also filming our next music video for “Coming Home” during the Maypole dance (5–6pm)—we’d love to have you singing, dancing, and being part of it with us 🙌🏽
We will meet at 3:30 near the fireside stage for instructions and orientation for anyone interested in being a part of it.
