Feeling quite grateful to be able to kirtan drumming again :) It has been quite a journey to come back to chanting space…
They knew I had my scepticism.. especially after quite a bit of a hurdle I had to go through over the summer.
Quite a dissapointing and missed opportunity that led to deep reflection and cord cutting ceremonies to the same kind of patterns that I have been led rampantly in my life for the last 2 years.
Thanks for the grace of Gurudev and Mahesh, with the never ending guidance from Bappa Moriya, I get to stop, cut, reported and sent those patterns back to where they belongs to, quite literally!
Thanks to others who have been so supportive and holding me when I need help the most… i will not forget this..#kirtanchanting #lifefitbrighton

Grateful to have lovely, fun & nourishing places like this with brilliant vibes to sing, connect and bring the whole self ⛅️

Big up to kid energy 💛 They joined us in the singing, om’s & we’re running around the circle making us all laugh 😆
A reminder that my playful energy/light & your light is bright, & that even when you feel like it may not be celebrated or welcomed, go shine it brighter because that’s what we are here for
You lift me up & I lift you up & may our lights shine brighter together ☀️💛

Our next weaving day will be the last Saturday this month! The 30th of May at the beautiful @mylittlefarm.uk in a gorgeous barn surrounded by nature. We are so lucky to be able to use their space for this!

Message me if you’d like to book on, we have plenty of spaces. And if you scroll to the final slide you’ll see an offering that @studio_marie__ and @iamizzyadams will be running the day before. This is a Singing and Sauna ritual. If you’d like to attend both, you are welcome to stay on the land over night and we can give you a great deal ❤️

Lots and lots of love! ✨

I’ll be running my Hive Choir at @soul.revolution.festival this year ✨❤️ it’s a real honour for me to be holding space at this beautiful festival alongside some of my biggest inspirations 🙏🏼

The Hive Choir is an immersive voice activation workshop where we weave meditation, movement, somatic release, sound, harmony, heart songs and intention together to create a felt sense of oneness, and to lift the collective vibration through heart coherence. This workshop incorporates different exercises which work to remove mental and physical blockages inhibiting self expression, with the intention of supporting participants to connect deeper with themselves and one another.
