• feels SO good to be back!! what an absolute JOY it was to cook last week with Il Casolare @farchioni1780uk celebrating their extra virgin olive oil, pairing a italian veg focused menu around the delicious liquid gold and also celebrating i’m back on my feet cheffing after some #brokenleg time off!! (telling myself it was all for the plot) LOL! here’s what 25 guests had:

fig focaccia with Il Casolare evoo & balsamic
marinated olives
tomato brodo with star pasta

spinach & ricotta gnudi with slow roasted tomato fennel sauce
crispy potatoes & salsa verde
green beans, pangrattato & almond
castelfranco walnut salad

pear olive oil cake with whipped mascarpone & almond crumb

thank you to all who came and especially to my team on the evening, these events would be impossible on my own!

There’s always more work to do. Especially when you’re a small, unfunded, artist-led organisation with big ambitions.

But yesterday, we stopped. Two hours to explore Brighton Photo Fringe, discover beautiful work and reconnect with wonderful people. Because supporting art also means showing up for each other. ❤️

TODAY is your last chance to experience WHERE WE ARE - Movement One, curated by @gil_mualem_doron at The Vault.

📍 Seafront, opposite the Upside Down House, by the i360.

🥂 Open late until 8pm! Join us for a drink, a chat and shared memories. Then we’re off to @post_creatives for more Photo Fringe magic!

Art brings us together. That’s what The Vault is all about.

POV: you hate talking to the camera but you’re REALLY trying, so you end up saying things like ‘shallal I get a tequila 🥃’

Thank you to the super talented @heartworkvisuals for dragging me out of my comfort zone. A Blooper may be all you get for now but I will keep practising 🤭

And amongst all the doing, planning, filming and coaching, there were a few moments that made this first week feel really special.

Flowers from clients. 💐

The most gorgeous nails as a birthday present — but honestly, they felt like a little celebration of finally making it to this moment. 💅

Getting to pick up and drop off my little girl a little more than I have been able to while juggling two jobs. ❤️

And telling my Strong Mamas on Thursday night that I was finally going full-time with Mamatime and hearing the CHEER.

I wish I’d stopped and celebrated that moment a little more because honestly… that one got me. 🥹

Love you guys. 💜

I feel inspired. I feel excited. And weirdly, I feel like a weight has lifted.

There’s still a LOT to do — but for the first time, I feel like I have the space to actually do it.

To focus on Mamatime.

To build what I’ve wanted to build.

To reach more women.

To keep creating something I genuinely believe in.

And after years of juggling, I’m just really, really excited to see what’s next.

Let’s gooooo.

Still buzzing from @dayfeveruk in Brighton!🕺💙

We’ve got some brilliant content from the day to share with you very soon, but for now here are some highlights. We’re still on a high - enjoying the sheer joy of being part of it.

The energy from the crowd was incredible, and the lovely comments we received afterwards genuinely meant so much to us. It was obvious that the audience had as much fun as we did!

A huge thank you to the @dayfeveruk team for having us. We absolutely loved it.

We can’t wait for the next one! 🙌

Thanks also to @louisbyrneiciaiw for the ENERGY💥 and @heartworkvisuals for capturing it all 🎥

We are Stronger Together. 💙
