Chaotic Nervous System Training is exactly what it sounds like, hitting the nervous system with chaos!
After years of working with athletes, I've narrowed it down to 4 main QUALITY great athletes have.
One of them is having a highly responsive, fine-tuned nervous system. Working with each athlete on individual basics to work the nervous system with chaos, which can be numerous modalities. Very important not to overwork the system and observe how they recover, keeping in mind they will be returning tomorrow for another session. What we are doing in this video is using @finesseperformance water filled containers to disrupt the balance in various moves.

Outdoor workout! Get it in now before it gets too hot and start having low air quality days! And even then you can get on an area where there are a lot of trees to help filter the air.

Also, find a grass area that has good upkeep and get barefooted on it. In addition to the sun, u will experience an incredible electromagnetic connection.

What happens Mentally~Physically~ Spiritually when you push through anything when you wanna give up! 🧠💪🏾✨️🧬🤸🏾‍♂️

#Neurological (Brain & Nervous System)
Prefrontal Cortex Activation: This area of the brain, responsible for decision-making and impulse control, steps in to override the emotional brain (like the amygdala saying “stop, I’m tired”).

#Dopamine Surge: Completing hard things activates the reward system—dopamine is released, giving a sense of pleasure and accomplishment.

#Neuroplasticity: Every time you push through discomfort, you reinforce new neural pathways that make grit and perseverance more accessible in the future.

Reduced Fear Response: The brain learns that pushing through difficulty doesn’t kill you—it builds tolerance and resilience to discomfort.

#Spiritual (Mindset & Inner Being)
Inner Alignment: Overcoming resistance can feel like aligning with a higher version of yourself—your purpose, values, or divine will.

#Egodissolution: Struggle often chips away at ego, leading to surrender, humility, and a deeper sense of connection to something bigger.

#Resilience as Faith: Pushing through creates a spiritual “muscle memory”—faith in yourself, life, or a higher power that "you got this."

#Flow & Transcendence: Some people report entering a state of flow or even transcendence when they push through deep resistance—it feels sacred.

Physical (Body)
Hormonal Response: Adrenaline and cortisol help in the short term; endorphins and endocannabinoids follow, reducing pain and creating a “runner’s high.”

Increased Capacity: Muscles, lungs, heart, and even posture improve when you go beyond what’s comfortable—your body adapts to new stressors.

#Pain Tolerance: Builds the nervous system learns to manage discomfort better than not just physically but emotionally

#Energy Systems Strengthen: your mitochondrial efficiency (powerhouse of the cell) improves when you keep going despite fatigue.

Now the Integrative Inner magic: Pushing through rewires how you experience challenge each time you override the quit signal.
1)Your brain learns control
2)Your spirit grows stronger
3)Your body adapts
4)You walk away transformed

I highly encourage you to change the tempo on your reps. There is an awakening doing slow controlled reps. Now u have intensity & duration for time under tension. They can really make you dig deep and see what you are made of.
