My biggest focus over the last year and a half has been my health. It’s been a battle—life-changing, challenging, and at times humbling. The thing about life is that it never stops moving, and it’s easy to get caught up in everything around us.

I remember a quote that stuck with me:

“A man who focuses on health may lose money. A man who focuses on money may lose his health.”

For me, this is a new chapter. The struggle isn’t over, I will continue to do both, but giving up has never been an option. Every setback is just another reason to keep pushing forward.

LFG!! 💪🔥
