I love you💕

Finding a support system and community that sees you, lifts you up, and cares about your nervous system is a different kind of love. Yoga has held me in every version of my life. It’s saved me in my hardest moments, celebrated me at my best, and cultivates space for relationships that have changed my life. This practice has shown up for me in every single way and I believe it’s one of my greatest love affairs. Celebrating all the things that feel like love is what this time of year is all about!

If you’ve been a part of my story, thank you! I love you!

I found my love story,

In a world pulling us apart with opinions, labels, and fear yoga reminds us that beneath it all, we breathe the same air. On the mat, we practice unity. In presence, we remember we’re not so different.🙏

Together we breathe in, together we breathe out….

Miss you @heather_sarbaugh and all my friends over at @yogasixdtc ! I’ll be visiting next month- keep your eyes peeled!

💙 Milestone Magic 💙 So proud of all these yogis, showing up day in, and day out, even when it’s not perfect. Friendly reminder that wherever you are *today* is just one point in time, and doesn’t define where you can be *tomorrow*. You’re not stuck. You are always free to grow, to change, and to become something new. #growth #milestone #inspiration #yogainspiration #yogasix #yogalove #yogadenver #denver #denveryoga

Just a 2024 recap

Even though I suffered two of my worst burnouts in life this year, I still accomplished a lot. I enjoyed being there for all of you when I could but I apologize for the times I couldn’t be there. Despite all the struggles I dealt with, I would still say I had a great year! 💯 🥂
