2 WEEK LIFE DUMP 🙌🏼❤️

I’ve been so nonstop lately that I haven’t even had time to post, but looking back at these pictures, there are SO many moments I never want to forget. 🥹❤️

From watching my boys do their thing, to seeing our community come together, to meeting people I genuinely hope stay in my life forever… my heart is FULL. ❤️

Life has been busy, chaotic, exhausting, but SO rewarding! I finally slowed down a little today. Thank you to everyone who has checked in on me! This girl is still pushing through. 💪🏼 Pretty sure these allergies and this weather are trying to take me out! 😂

Family first. ALWAYS. ❤️ Above everything, I thank Jehovah for every blessing, every opportunity, every friendship, and every memory.

These aren’t just pictures. They’re moments, milestones, and people who have made these last two weeks so special. 🥹

I genuinely don’t know how you do it. Somewhere along the way, you took my dream and made it our dream…then somehow made it bigger than I ever could have imagined. You didn’t just help build Pepper & Salt BBQ — you breathed life into it. You turned an idea into something real, something people believe in, something people love.

A lot of people in this world can talk a big game. They can tell you all the things they’re going to do. But very few people execute when things get hard. Very few people put their head down and simply make things happen. You’re different. You operate on a completely different level.

You carried Pepper & Salt BBQ, Pepper & Salt Market, Tossed, and were preparing to open Hogan Yards all while juggling life like it was somehow normal. I’m still trying to understand how one person can physically do all of that. If we weren’t married, you probably would’ve lapped me a few times and left me in the dust building this thing. But to my defense… I can sweep one mean floor. 😂

The truth is, I watch people admire what we’ve built, and I wish they could see what I see. I wish they could see the late nights, the stress, the sacrifices, the weight you carried when nobody was watching. I wish they knew how much of you is inside every single thing we’ve built.

You didn’t create a “BBQ shack.” You built something with soul. You built something with heart. You built something that became a part of people’s lives.

You are exactly who I thought you were when I first met you — except somehow even more. Your drive, your determination, your work ethic, your heart… you’re unmatched.

11 years ago (around this time) I met up with a girl. As I pulled up to park, this smoke show was standing in the middle of the street, my date. After our first date I knew one thing, I wanted a second. Then a third, a fourth, a 100th…

11 years later, here we are in Vero Beach. It’s been a wild ride. We’ve had mad ups and mad downs, predominantly ups. Two kids, a bag full of restaurants, and a cat (Davy Jones).

I’m not sure where the next 11 years takes us, but I know I’ll be ok with you by my side.
