I asked ChatGPT to show me what 42-year-old me might look like without all the Botox, filler + Sculptra I’ve had over the years.

Let’s just say… AI had some explaining to do. 😂

But honestly, it got me thinking: you never really know how effective preventative treatments have been… because you can’t see the aging you prevented. ❤️

I asked ChatGPT to show me what I’d look like if I’d never had Botox, filler, Sculptra, lasers, etc.

Chat said, “I got you.”
It did not, in fact, have me. 😂

First attempt: apparently I would still have my lip filler, cheek filler, Sculptra AND my hair extensions. So basically… me currently, but with wrinkles. 😂

I gave it more details.

Second attempt seemed pretty far-fetched (especially the under eyes!) since my lips and cheeks were still suspiciously full, and my extensions just got darker. 😂

But here’s the thing: how would anyone actually know?!

I’ve been doing neurotoxins since 25, filler since 27, Sculptra for the last few years, plus years of lasers/RF and medical-grade skincare. There is literally no alternate-universe version of me sitting around somewhere for comparison (or is there…!!?!?!)

So this is just AI’s best guess at what 42-year-old me might look like completely natural.

We spend SO much time comparing ourselves to other women and wondering what we “should” look like at a certain age… when nobody actually knows what anyone’s face would look like under different circumstances. So in the end, do what feels best to you!

And yes, I’m keeping the Botox. 💉😂

The part of aesthetic treatments nobody wants to post: the healing process.

Because it’s ugly before it gets pretty.

Here’s my real Sculptra + under-eye rejuvenation recovery, day by day — swelling, bruising and all.

The final result doesn’t happen when you leave the med spa. There’s a healing + collagen-remodeling process in between. Best results occur around 3 months later.

The recovery was much easier than it looked, but you can have bruising for about 7-10 days. And I bruise easily with zero attempt to cover it (most women can cover with spf & makeup).

Wait for the final fully healed result ✨
