We’ve kicked off our big birthday month 🎉

I can’t comprehend that it’s been a whole week since we went to Amsterdam!! 😳

Just a few of the MANY pics of us enjoying the best weekend ever 🙌🏻 more of actual Amsterdam to come 🤣

I’m still in bed, struggling to function after a horrible migraine, pain doing its “thing” and I possibly have some kind of bug too 😵‍💫 travelling & recovery as a poorly girl is tough!

However, I’m SO unbelievably grateful to have got there in the first place and have this experience with my best friends 😍 just got to get well for the next part of our celebrations!

The most fun weekend in Amsterdam with the bestest of friends!

I'll need a solid three days to recover now... 😅🥰🥂🎉

Was very sorry to hear that @hiddenmothersuk and vocalist/bassist Liam Knowles are parting ways after their shows next month. Have been lucky enough to catch the band a few times live, and have always loved their sets. Wishing the band and Liam the very best for future adventures and will hopefully see you on a stage again soon 🤘🤘

Here's a shot of the man himself at @uprising.uk 8 in the @o2academyleicester last year, another cracking show.

ArcTanGent you are my home. My heart is so full of love.

We had the absolute best weekend with all of our favourite people on this planet. It was so incredible to see our best friends play to packed tents and it was an honour to be front centre during their big moments. I'm unbelievably proud of our lads in @civilservicetheband and @wildernessesband especially, as well as @overheadthealbatross, @weareloemusic, and @dinofcelestialbirdsmusic. Also @erotic_secrets_of_pompeii are my new favourite band.

It was Charles' first ATG and you know it was something special when even he enjoyed being outside for five whole days.

I'm going to miss Fernhill Farm a lot. Even though this was only my second ATG I've grown very attached to the field. Here's hoping the new site is even better. Is it time for ATG 2027 yet?🤘

How was @outbreakfest a week ago!? TAKE ME BACK 😩

Best friends, best vibes, best music, best time 🖤 my personal highlights were:

@stillinloveuk (except for them making us BAWL at their heartfelt tribute to Jonny 🥹and then needing to go to paramedics after a stage diver booted me in the face 🙈)
@toucheamore
@riseabovecanceruk
@aof_official
@bundobust (EXCELLENT surprise!)
@fiddleheadusa
@hatebreedofficial
@tuitillidie

I finally accepted and USED the accessibility area this year to sit down and conserve my energy when the pain was kicking in - progress at its finest! 🙌🏻

Fingers crossed for a bangin line up next year! We might have provisionally booked a house already ☺️

Announcement from the Bureau of Alterations
///
Proudly presenting Matt Benatan (Din of Celestial Birds) x Civil Service - Turn Out the Light (Beneath the Waves) Remix.

We are immensely grateful to Matt for turning his hand to this amazing reimagining of Turn Out the Light, which we're sure you'll agree brings out the superb vocal performances of Scott and Liam in a whole new way.

The song is up for sale on our Bandcamp now, all proceeds go to Ukrainian humanitarian aid efforts.

We're delighted to announce the latest collaboration in our Dark/// remix collection; Matt Benatan from our friends Din of Celestial Birds has remixed 'Turn Out the ///Light' - and we collectively agree it's one of the very best things we've been involved with musically.

Combining the wonderful performances of Liam Knowles (Hidden Mothers) and Scott Shepard (BLACKSHAPE), Matt has brought out a unique and compelling vision of TOTL, a perfect counterpoint to the original version, and to the first remix of this collection, from 601.

We will be releasing this in the week commencing 25th May, but before then, you can get a copy early by purchasing tickets to any of our upcoming shows in May!
Just DM us a screenshot of your ticket confirmation and we'll email you the song.

May shows:
- Din of Celestial Birds / Beneath a Steel Sky / Civil Service - Amped, Huddersfield, May 29th.
- CVLTFEST, Scunthorpe, May 30th
- Cookie Jar Complot / Civil Service/ Diaspar - Liquid Light, Nottingham, May 30th (evening).
