Great last testing week for these guys before they headed off to college for their freshman year! 400lb Bench is a HUGE accomplishment before getting into college and these guys have been working hard for it over the past 4 years in high school. Great work boys, and go handle business this year ‼️

We don’t grow up. We just get stronger. Way stronger.

Mind you, these videos are just from the past two weeks. This is just a glimpse of what goes down at @garagestrength

@heckmaanjack wasn’t the only one to hit a BIG bench today, as @maddox_noll set the tone with this 175kg/385lb bench PR!

This was a HUGE lift and set the tone for Jack to hit his 182kg/400lb PR!

The energy in the front rooms was ELECTRIC! They guys know how to bring the energy!

HUGE congrats to @heckmaanjack as he FINALLY broke tHE 400lb barrier on the bench press!!!

Jack has had the goal of hitting this lift for the last year! Last testing period we attempted the same weight but fell just short. This testing period was the one and we can officially say we got the job done!

There’s no energy like the throwers during testing week!!!
